“I felt as though this hotel was my home away from home. Many smiling faces, very clean comfortable room and awesome complimentary breakfast. It doesn't get much better than this.”

“This place was great! From what I heard they just did a complete remodel and it shows! The rooms are great, the staff is great and I LOVED being so closed to Disneyland and Knott's berry farms! I had one small problem with a TV remote while I was there but the desk staff sent someone in no time flat to get it fixed! This has to be one of the best stays I have ever had in all of my travels!”

“This hotel was in a good location that we would have used repeatedly if it had not been for the staff and the way they conducted business. We were given the wrong room for which we were charged, not compensated for the difference, and then refused to give us rate information : in a rude and uncompromising manner.”

“I flew in and was shuttled to wood fin hotel. The front desk people seemed inexperienced and slow. I was booked for the second floor, and my room was lackluster. The linoleum floor looked 80s and the sofa couch was a bit faded. The sofa cushion's zipper was broken. The soaps melted easily when wet. The toilet flooded on more than one occasion while we stayed there and we were told we could use the restroom in the front of the building. I'm sorry, but I am a woman and I don't do my dirty deeds in public restrooms. The maintenance guy came in and worked on the toilet, but left it wet. He didn't speak any English when I asked him if he could have someone bring in fresh towels. I don't like people going in my room when Im not there, so I prefer to have my towels delivered to me upon request. However, this was an inconvenience so I went ahead and just called the front desk to do it. The breakfast buffet was also dry. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and had a slight seafood aroma, the hashed browns were too toasted, and one day we had do-it-yourself waffles that weren't that great tasting either. The coffee tasted slightly burnt.”

“I felt okay for the most part, but when I asked a housekeeper to stop by my room in an hour, she replied with, "no ingles," and shrugged. I asked her to find me someone who spoke English. I never did see a housekeeper in the following hour and so I did not extend my stay and moved to the courtyard Marriott around the corner. Glad I left. I got proper service at the courtyard.”
