• Friendly & helpful staff, clean with great amenities. Free breakfast is a B+ (can't get an A+ without real eggs & non-plastic table ware).
• My only issue is the pool hours of 9:00 - 9:00. I like to do my swim early morning at 6:00 or 7:00, or at night around 9:00.

“This hotel is my all time favorite compared to all my priceline hotels so far. It's the perfect modest hotel. Customer service, cleanliness, hotel room size, free Internet, easy room access, easy freeway access, and location in L.A. Can't ask for anything better. I keep my fingers crossed when I am bidding on priceline. So far I've been able to stay there twice. I look for an excuse to go up to L.A.”

• The staff was helpful and very kind. The room was clean and comfortable.

“The front desk personnel were very courteous and quick in checking us in. When we called in a couple of request, it was taken care of immediately with no delay. The room was clean and the full kitchen was a big plus when traveling with kids. I would definitely stay here and recommend it to everyone.”

• Not much.
• True franchise owner - thieves at every chance possible!

“Roaches! If you stay a while you'll learn the truth about this franchised hotel. Fridge was ok for a day or two, otherwise freezes in back and too warm in front. Assistant GM is a nut case, will yell at you in the lobby and go ballistic at times. Breakfast and happy hour food while free, is about the right price. Many of hotel staff speaks no English. Flies everywhere. Check your incidental bill very carefully!”

• Plenty of room - kitchen facilities.
• Bed was
  too small - needed 2 or kingsize.

“Stayed 4 days and felt like we were in an apartment. Could sit in the living room and watch TV. Make late night snacks. Really enjoyed it.”

• Clean, accommodating, very well equipped.
• Pool didn't seem to be heated.

• Continental Breakfast was much more than I expected.
• When I first entered our hotel room the temperature was set to 60 degrees it was freezing.

“I was very pleases with the cleanliness, location, and friendly staff. The no smoking policy in the hotel made my stay even better. The continental breakfast was just like Dennys or Ihops this was definitely a plus for us. The room was very spacious and the free internet sure helped us get around the area. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Ti was a nice family hotel with a great breakfast and a spacious room.
• Nothing really, I would definitely stay there again.

“It was a well kept newer hotel, with a nice pool area and basketball court. The breakfast had many options and was very well monitored. We would absolutely recommend this hotel especially to bigger families.”

“We couldn't have been happier with this stay. We had an early flight and were told to enjoy their breakfast bar while they made a room available for us. Breakfast was a good variety and well stocked. There was plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and quiet--great beds and good water pressure in the shower. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!”

• Attractive rooms, nice grounds and great free breakfast.
• Staff was not always professional - young and untrained.

“This Residence Inn is very new and therefore everything looks great. The breakfast here is very nice compared to other RI. I have visited in the past. The location is very close to many Cypress large companies and next to the Los Alamitos racetrack, so it's convenient to many attractions and also fairly close to Knott's and Disneyland. The staff is rather young and unprofessional but they still get the job done.”

“It was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous from the minute my children and I arrived. I could not believe the room itself. It made my whole trip worth taking. Even though we went to knots berry farm, I was more excited about returning to our hotel room!!! ”
