• Good location close to the freeway yet secluded from the grittier areas nearby.
• The hotel is under renovation, restaurant is mediocre and showing it's age.

“If you need to be in Norwalk, this is certainly about the best place to stay in town. There aren't many places that are as nice yet close... Due to construction on the 5 at the moment, it wouldn't be a very good choice for trips to Anaheim's amusement parks, plus the hotel doesn't seem particularly family-friendly (but this could have just been our rooms). Great for business travelers, but you will hear the freeway if you're on the freeway side of the building (it's not bad). At the moment it's under renovation, so during the day you might hear hammering and related activity. If you're not there during the day, you might not realize they're working on it.”

“We came got to this hotel after a five hour trip. It was great tpo get into bed after a nice hot shower. I had the best sleep in this hotel than in the two previous hotels I have stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful. Thank you Marriott.”

• Everything.
• It is a bit expensive.

“It’s a good hotel. Good facilities. Staff is friendly. The problem is that I-5 is real busy. A lot of traffic.

• The buffet was excellent and the chef and our waiter were wonderful.
• My stay wasn't longer.

“I thought the staff was very friendly and the facility was beautiful. I liked having the internet access for free. Overall our stay was wonderful, my children had their own room and we had ours.”

• Staff extremely accommodating, hotel new and rooms clean and looked newly renovated.

“Not really near anything but the hotel was excellent looked newly renovated. Staff was extremely accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Staff, other than front desk were wonderful.
• Nothing other than soda was not available in vending.

“The Hotel is next to a noisy freeway, but is quiet inside. Recent renovations show as effort to make the hotel more appealing. Front desk staff did not inspire confidence, but were competent. We would stay there again.”

• The bed was comfortable and the lobby was beautifully decorated.
• I wish we could have had a king bed.

“This was a nice hotel. The location seems to be in an area that is not close to much however, we discovered that it was a 15 minute drive to Disney and a 30 minute drive to Pasadena. Thank God we had our GPS. Their is a nice shopping center relatively close to the hotel and the movie theater is right across the parking lot along with cold stone creamery and other eateries. If I visit LA again I probably would not stay there because I want to be closer to the beach. I was a nice room especially the Body Shop citrus ginger complementary toiletries.”

• Safe, clean, price was within budget, convenient location.
• Spa temperature was low, no curtains on windows to prevent the lights from the signs.

“Traveling alone with my 12 year old son, I felt safe in the hotel. The hotel room was clean, the location was convenient, parking was close to the hotel entrance.”

• Parking is free.
• Very noisy, rooms to the east have big Marriott sign, very bright at night, air conditioning very poor.

“They gave one facing the highway anyway and worse, facing the utility elevator for the cleaning staffs. It was very noisy in the morning. Hotel under renovation at ground level but I did not know before hand. I definitely will not stay at this hotel again.”

• The sleep comfort was great!
• They were under construction  understandable.

“I would go back to this hotel in a heart beat. It was right off the freeway, so it was easy to find, it was quiet did not think it was possible but it was. Comfortable and clean beds. It also had an office area to boot. Only thing was I wish it had wireless internet, it had that I could have snuggled in bed with my computer.”

• I slept comfortably; I loved the extra quality of the pillows and bedding.
• Nothing.

“I enjoyed the quick comfortable service, staff was friendly and accommodating. With the exception of one person, at the front desk, she did not smile. (Person on Thursday night.).”
