• Easy access, clean, convenient to restaurants, etc.

• The location was easy to get to and there was plenty of free parking.
• The room did not have any couches or comfortable chairs just a bed and a wooden table and chair.

“This hotel is fine for simply staying one night while on a longer trip. It is very close to Los Angeles, which is why we stayed here overnight. The hotel is nothing special, but definitely suits its purpose of a room for a night.”

• Staff very friendly. From security, to maids, to lobby.
• Location and appearance.

• It was cheap, available, and had a fridge which is a nice plus.
• If I remember right the window had no lock on it when in the open position.

“I really wish more hotels would let you open windows and if they have access to them (ground floor etc) lock them in the part way open position. A lot of the cheaper locations always seem stuffy, it would be nice to be able to air out the rooms a bit. As for this hotel, there really was not anything that dynamically good or bad. Not the best, and not the worst I stayed in on my trip.”

• Easy access to interstates, cable TV, fridge, and microwave.
• Location next to a parking garage made for some added noise.

“For my purposes, the hotel worked out well. It had the amenities I needed (fridge, microwave) and some I didn't (hair dryer, iron). It was clean and quiet, and conveniently located to my destination.”

• It was conveniently located.
• Overall feel was shabby.

“While the location was close to ideal for me, I was disappointed in the overall presentation of the hotel. The staff was very distant and only minimally helpful. They offer wired Internet access in rooms, but did not have cables to offer for those of us who forgot ours, and didn't really know where I could obtain one close by. The room had a very older/shabby feel to it. Stains in the bathroom, shower head pulled away from wall. Hallways also felt dark and uninviting. Overall I was a bit disappointed.”

• The staff was excellent!
• It was noisy and not restful and the room had ants.

“The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. My stay was not very restful. There was a great deal of noise from other guests coming and going, people speaking in the middle of the night out in the parking lot, and the noise from the nearby freeway. The room had ants. The staff clean up the ants once, but the ants were back the next day. Despite the convient location, I'm not sure I'd stay there again.”

• Outside lighting is good.
• It needs renovation.

“Rooms needs major renovation. Rooms are very old inside. All hardwares are rusty. AC unit is very noisy. Neighbors are noisy too especially when they open or close the door.”

• Deposit required to have phone turned on, no cell service. Felt shabby.
