• Value relative to other hotels in area.
• Noisy, cold thin walls.

• Vaulted ceilings, floors didn't leave black on your feet if you walk barefoot.
• We asked for a late checkout and we're called twice and maid tried to come in twice.

“Overall it was pretty enjoyable. We didn't appreciate in a late check out that the maid kept trying to get in as we were trying to take a Nap with an 18 month old son.”

• Gave us continental breakfast, sort of if early.
• Room, bath was semi-dirty, smelled of smoke, requested non-smoking room.

“Rate was good, people nice, not comfortably conversant in English (Chinese) but helpful, sort of. It met our needs, here only for a football game. Sort of run down.”

• Large room, microwave, refrigerator, nice staff!
• Street noise was bad! TV reception was poor!

• Day staff was friendly.
• Conditions of structure and room were very bad.

“The location is in a rundown part of town, the building and rooms have not been kept up. The toilet was loose from the floor, the bathtub drain was very sluggish and, on the second night we realized that the "bug" bites on us were from fleas in the beds. We checked out a day early because we preferred to sleep in our car in a rest area than be in that hotel room one more night.”

• It was clean and convenient to the City of Hope where I was a patient.

“The hotel is reasonably quiet and the microwave and refrigerator were greatly appreciated.”

• Location, quiet room good air conditioner.
• Computer in lobby to check e-mails would be nice.

“I'd stay there again. I've stayed 3 times previously. Reasonably priced for the area and season.”

• Problem with getting non-smoking room.

“A smoking room was booked. I did not want a smoking room. I had to pay extra to get a non-smoking room. ”

• It was located close to freeways on and off ramps, old town Pasadena, and a wide variety of restaurants.
• There was only one ice machine on the first level.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location. The room was clean and had nice amenities.”

• I didn't like it at all, I checked out a day early.
• Had to pay for internet access, ironing facility located outside by elevator.

“I did not like the hotel stay, very upset at being charged for internet access, no ironing setup inside the rooms. The heater was very noisy. I was so unhappy, I checked out one day early.”

• The price was decent.
• It was extremely noisy and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

“If all you are looking for is a cheap hotel in Pasadena, go across the street to the Best Western. It can't be as noisy or uncomfortable as the Travelodge was.”

• Check in and out were very quick.
• There was no parking. I had to park down the road on the street.

“Small lobby, small rooms. poor furniture. Bad TV reception. hard beds. bad ac. no parking.”
