• Gave us another room right away when we had a problem as soon as we entered the room.
• 1st room had trouble opening the door, then door wouldn't secure, screws were stripped out.

“Friendly staff, basic hotel with clean rooms.”

• The hotel was easy to find.
• The staff was not friendly or helpful to my family.

“I was not impressed with this hotel primarily because of the continental breakfast. Breakfast goes from 6:00 - 9:00 a.m., we arrived at 7:45 and everything was pretty much gone. They need to have someone in charge of handling their breakfast and not the front desk person. That was the main issue I had as well as the unfriendly staff.”

• The price I paid for a six day stay.
• The bed was super hard.

“Overall this hotel was alright for the price I paid. At night its quiet except for the occasional siren. I wouldn't go out at night out of the lights because its not in the nicest of areas. Food was a close walk with Taco Bell and In and Out right next door and McDonalds across the street.”

• Hot tub.
• Could be a little cleaner.

“I had a sore hip from bodybuilding and needed a hot tub or whirlpool for the night. I used the hot tub a lot; it helped my hip. Otherwise, hotel met my expectations. Good for the price. Comfortable bed. The restaurant was closed for no apparent reason; perhaps, it had gone out of business.”

• Close to the location we needed to be at.
• The hotel was dirty and we did not feel safe there.

“We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel did not feel safe. There was blood spatter on the ceiling of the bathroom.”

• The staff was friendly and there was a Star bucks nearby.
• Hotel entrance was difficult to navigate; on a busy street.

“I felt for the price the hotel was feasible. The room could have been cleaner but given the price and location it wasn't terrible. I would recommend it to those who wish to travel the expensive parts of southern California who are on a tight budget. The property met my overall needs but lacked some of my wants.”

• Left behind pair of shorts next day after check out returned to get but staff could not locate.

• Convenient location and friendly staff only.
• Smell of the room, dirty carpets. We requested an iron and they were failed to provide that.

“The carpets were extremely dirty. There was a strong smell in the room. All of us got sick by inhaling the air in the room. I will not recommend Days Inn to anybody.”
