• The bar was the only thing good about the hotel.

• Very nice location, comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice staff.
• The hotel looked upscale, but was cheaply built and beginning to show signs of wear in the rooms we were in. The AC burned up in our first room.

“The staff was very accommodating. The hot tub was down, the doors on both closets were falling off of the runners. The rooms were very clean and were fairly spacious. It was in a very nice location (by the mall). Breakfast buffet (which is included in most hotels in this price range) was hot, but at $10 per person was a little pricy for what you get.”

• Location was close to freeway and many restaurants.
• No refrigerators in the rooms. Staff was unaware of the Poppy Reserve information.

“We were disappointed in the lack of information about the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve. We traveled to Palmdale for just that reason. Also, we were very disappointed that the rooms did not have refrigerators for our wine and food. In addition to this not every floor had an ice machine available so this was very inconvenient. The staff was only moderately helpful in answering our questions. The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. The location is near the freeway and many restaurants.”

• Clean and was quiet during my stay.
• No news paper in the morning and front desk people.

“If you are on the run and want to stay for business you will enjoy this hotel, easy access to freeway and mall.”
