• Great location near Old Town Pasadena.
• The walls are thin, you can hear next door.

• Good location.
• Parking, no frig in room, loud AC.

“Forget the 3 1/2 star, it's 3 stars - if that. Although once a great hotel with upscale tendencies, the Hilton is in need of an upgrade. Too many stains in the carpet, an AC system that draws polluted air from outside just like a Motel 6, no refrigerator or microwave in your room, no breakfast buffet - just a restaurant. And design ticks - like the new bathtubs which protrude so far into the bathroom that you can't fully open the door. Nevertheless, it's a decent hotel for the area.”

• It was convenient to our destination.
• No free parking available - only pd. overnight with no elevator or valet (pd)

“OK, but not great. Room was very small. Bathroom even smaller - 2 people could not use the bathroom/mirror/vanity at the same time. Pillows were FABULOUS!”

“This hotel major renovations. All the bathroom's fixtures were too old except the toilet. Air conditioning unit is noisy. Location is perfect in Pasadena.”

  and no where close as an alternative

“Perfect place to visit old town Pasadena and a great staff. Several of our favorite restaurants and shopping locations are in easy walking distance. Great place and we'll stay again.”

• Very nice staff. Attractive lobby. Very comfy beds!
• Didn't like the parking lot location or that you had to climb stairs to get to hotel building.

• Very clean, kind and friendly staff, an overall positive experience.
• Not much in the way of restaurants, but it was nice, clean and comfortable.

“The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The accommodations were nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Restaurants were not much in the way of upscale, but the staff were nice and food was pretty good.”

• Room service food was sensational. Room service was timely. Nice amenities; Pool, Gym, outdoor smoking court, lobby lounge, very pleasant staff.
• Prefer a lap pool.

• I liked that it was close to downtown Pasadena.
• Their customer service was the worst I have ever received and they charge for valet without telling you.

“Do not go here. Their customer service is awful. If you complain or try to fix the situation they basically say there is nothing they can do for you. They charged for valet without telling me about a charge. I've never seen such an ugly yellow in a 3 star hotel with the smallest beds possible. The whole room was tiny, as well as the bathroom.”

• Housekeeping quick to respond.
• Toilet backed up.

“View were not very appealing. Service was very good. A little to far to go walking to shop or eat outside of hotel. Car was necessary. Parking fees a little high but valet service was good.”

• The room was much nicer than expected! Nice big towels too!
• Was not pleased with having to pay $15 for parking.

“The Hilton Pasadena is a nice place to stay. The beds are comfy, the pillow fluffy and the staff friendly. The lobby bar was nice too.”

• Price was good.
• Incomplete toiletries, people who fly need razors, bath gel and body lotions.

“It's ok, adequate and for the price, it was fine!.
No safety at all, anyone can walk in from street, garage and go up to any floor! And this was the weekend of Mumbai bombings which makes one think about those things!”

  very good work out room.
• Parking prices were very high, and we were automatically billed for self-parking, which we didn't use.

“Nice, clean hotel near Pasadena Convention center. Five-minute walk to good restaurants and the eastern edge of Old Town Pasadena. Met my expectations or surpassed them on most levels.”
