“Very nicely located. Room and bed are very comfy. Huge bathroom. You will need to expect to pay for parking and for Internet. The total of the two will run you around $20 total per day.”

“Breakfast was pricey, check in was not on time but they did give us an hour late check out when we asked for it. Hotel was attractive but the door on the bathroom was scraped up and needed painting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for visiting Pasadena, Hollywood and Dodger Stadium.”

“All in all great location, near subway, Paseo Colorado and old town Pasadena as well as the 134. It is only 10 minutes to Burbank/movie studios and about 15-20 minutes to downtown la going via the 110. Good sized rooms that are clean and comfortable.”

“It's convenient to most down town Pasadena attractions, room was quiet and for the most part clean. Everything that was supposed to work worked, but there was mold on the door in the bathroom and mold on one of the light fixtures in the bathroom as well just needed a little more attention to detail in the bathroom and this would have been an A1 place to stay. Beds were very comfortable.”

“Bed was very comfortable. Room was stylish. Starbucks coffee in the room was so-so, but the tea was great. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.”

“The Westin has a nice location near the center of town and is located at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains (?). The rooms are immaculate as is the rest of the hotel. The only thing I didn't care for was for a hotel its size, the three small elevators are not adequate - be prepared for substantial waits - especially at "rush hour."”

“The Westin Pasadena was a very clean and modern hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms while on the small side, were very comfortable and offered nice views of Pasadena. One of the best amenities was the free shuttle into town. There was valet parking for a fee, with in/out privileges. We would definitely stay there in the future.”

“The location was great, the staff were friendly. Loved the hotel shuttle van that would ferry you to and from anywhere in the area. Frustrated by the lack of hours for the business center (not 24 hours) no access before 7 AM or later in the evening. Frustrated by the extra charge for use of the internet, when the business center was available. Basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) were in the room however not replenished everyday, other amenities were available by calling the front desk - which I found inconvenient.”

“Room was okay, no refrigerator or microwave, skimpy with soap. No vending machines on the floor. Staff was helpful, there was an old hotel charm about it, location was good.”

“Great location, nice public areas, and great beds. Overall very satisifed; however rooms are a bit small with two beds. The room seemed clean with the exception of a used tissue near the bed and a straw and cup lid near the toilet. Soap was never replaced and the bath mat was removed and not replaced. The litter in the room makes it hard for me to give this hotel more than 3 stars.”

“Lovely location and the valet, maid, room service employees were very friendly and helpful. Thought the front desk employees treated us less then friendly and weren't helpful.”
