• It was close to the places that I was visiting in the long beach area.
• The rooms were small and very average with small parking places for the price.

• People were friendly, that is it.
• Room was clean but stunk from smoke. Mattress was old, and springs stuck me.

“This hotel at best is a $35 to $45 a night Motel, not $105 what I paid. There were no non smoking rooms on the first level, no elevator for the second level (for seniors like me), and this is a MOTEL, not a hotel. Card key provided didn't open the door, had to get another room and card key The air Conditioner. only turned on when the lock was on from inside, therefore couldn't cool the room off while not in it. Asked to apply room freshener which they did, but the air conditioner pumped out stale cigarette odor into the room, and I couldn't sleep much.”
