“Conveniently located and close to long beach attractions and Carnival Cruise ship terminal. It was a very comfortable hotel and I felt very safe.”

“Westin is by far my favorite hotel brand. The rooms were clean, spacious and had that Westin style. My only concern regarding this booking is that it is hard to believe that this property is rated the same as a (H) property down the street. I stayed at both exactly one week apart. The service, room, view, etc. were far superior to the (H) property at WTC.”

“The ambiance was lovely, staff gracious, nice upscale hotel, beds had 4 great pillows, including down, we were on 15th floor, had great views of the city. Parking was easy, yet cost $15.”

“The customer service at this hotel was quite simply spectacular. They truly went above and beyond what I would ever expect....carrying bags to room upon arrival and turning down tip; offering to let us borrow an extra stroller for our 5 year old if she got tired of walking around downtown, provided family appropriate info re: local attractions/beaches/etc. The credit primarily goes to the bellhops. Truly professional.”

“Was not able to get a king bed upon arrival. We were able to move to a king for the remainder of our stay. Also, was not able to use any of the electrical outlets next to the bed. My husband uses a CPAP machine and we had to pull the bed out and find the extension cord behind the bed to use. Most hotels where we've stayed always has at least one outlet for traveler's usage. Other than this we enjoyed our stay.”

“The front desk staff was very unfriendly and did not smile. I felt unwelcome, even though they were unaware that I do a lot of business with the hotel as a meeting planner. I have reservations now about sending my clients/customers/sales reps their for their stays. I wonder how they are being treated upon their arrival. They need to train their front desk staff on how to smile. They were very rude!”

“This hotel was very dirty and old. The first night they put us in a room which we later were told was not supposed to be stayed in at all. The second night the room they put us in smelled. I didn't sleep!”

“The check in was great. Rooms were nice with comfortable bed and pillows. Flat screen
TV with
DVD plugs. The bathroom was great high counters and the shower had to nice shower heads. And the towels were plush. Nice soaps and shampoo and conditioner. Starbucks coffee maker in the room worked out great. And the hotel smell nice.”
