• The people were superb. The sales manager went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.

“I would send business associates to this hotel. The room was spacious and the staff was better than expected in service. The fridge and microwave in the room is a bonus for an active traveler.”

• Friendly and helpful staff. Location is not the greatest but the rooms were nice.
• Location, good dining nor activities not near.

“This a hotel I would stay in again for business trips. The front desk and the van drivers were top notch and house keeping keeps the rooms immaculate. Too bad for its location but for the price I can live with that.”

• Excellent staff, breakfast, high speed Internet, microwave and fridge.
• Quality of soaps provided.

“For the price paid this Hotel offers great value as mentioned in the survey above. There are quite a few restaurants around - so great choice for eating out. The staff was outstanding in their attitude and customer focus - kudos to them.”

• Pleasant, secluded in the room but busy location.
• Room was dark, inadequate lamps.

• It was clean and well located. not bad for 2 stars.
• Nothing.

“I needed an inexpensive place to stay in the downtown Long Beach area and this completely fit the bill. The area it's located in is "so so" but quite safe and the hotel itself is very clean and has friendly staff.”

• The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Made us feel welcome and went out of her way to be helpful.
• There was only one elevator and it was slow.

“The front desk clerk was one of the friendliest and helpful we have ever encountered. The hotel lobby was very nice, clean and pleasant. The room was very nice. Clean, quiet, nice bathroom with good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable with large pillows. We slept very well. The AC unit was quiet! That was very much appreciated. The area did not seem very good but we didn't need to walk anywhere. The free breakfast was excellent. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was for the cost. We used to always stay at Marriot's and Fairfield Inns but now we will stay at Best Westerns!”

• The continental breakfast was great. Waffles, fruits, juices, cereals, sweet rolls, etc.
• I was not comfortable it wonder around outside at night.

“The room was very clean. They had a fridge & micro wave, always a plus. The price was very reasonable. Easy directs to find the hotel. Free parking included. The breakfast was great!”

• It was brand new (3 month's old), the location, friendly.
• There was no fridge or microwave, no room service or restaurant.

• Close to downtown location for marathon.
• No manager on duty when we had to leave because of illness to discuss rate cut.

• The Day Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
• The person, working when we arrived at about 10-00 pm, was totally uninterested in recognizing me as a customer.

“Other than the person working at night being unfriendly, the other staff were very friendly.”
