• They were very nice and accommodating.
• The bathroom was extremely unclean.

“Everything was great except the bathroom smelled like they used dirty mops to clean it with. Practically had to hold breath while in there. I chose Burbank as a region because I wanted to be able to shuttle to the airport. But, this hotel was 10 miles away and I had to pay for a cab. But I still saved money overall. I got an excellent price.”

• Great location, decent facility.
• Hallway carpeting need shampooing & maintenance.

“I am satisfied with the price. The location of the hotel is great and the rooms are decent. Cleanliness can still be slightly improved, e.g. stains on counter tops removed and hallway carpet stains removed -- then I think it is good for a 2 star rating.”

• Creepy part of town.

• At this hotel, you can make whatever you want to eat.
• Had no swimming pool and internet connection is bad.

• Convenient location relative to where we needed to be.
• Too smelly, beds and pillows not comfortable, when calling for two double bed request was ignored last minute claiming other tenants extended.

“The hotel hallways very smelly, kitchen not cleaned well, beds not comfortable, beds and towels not refreshed, required extra charge per day, when calling ahead of time to ensure double beds per room, the agreement was not honored, although an uncomfortable rollaway bed was delivered after a short argument. Rooms did not have shampoo, and beds and towels are not refreshed unless an extra fee is paid, the room is cleaned once per week only.”

• I like the fact that the hotel provided kitchen supplies and room was really big with enough closet space, internet was good.
• I did not like the fact that their was not a pool or Jacuzzi.

• The hotel style and area are beautiful. Great location.
• There was 3 in a room with one king size bed. One of us slept on the floor.

“The hotel was perfect for any traveler. The fact that there was only one bed for three in a room was uncomfortable.”

• Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Room was not clean, accommodations were not met, even though they were arranged a month in advance and confirmed the day before.

“Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was not very clean as well as the bedspread. Arrangements were made a month in advance and confirmed 1 day before check-in regarding a room with 2 beds at an extra fee. The room was given away and they put a unclean, decaying twin rollaway in the room. One of my fellow travelers had to sleep on a blow up mattress. I would have rather stayed at a Motel 6 or Super 8. I think it would have been better.”

• Located near freeways.
• Everything else.

“This place takes the cake! Really rude and unhelpful staff that made no effort whatsoever. The internet is spotty even if you're on WiFi and they charge for that. No business centre. No breakfast either like other places give you now. Must not have much competition in the area but you could probably do better. Wouldn't stay there again.”

• Kitchenette in rooms.
• Bed was uncomfortable.

“Kitchenette was nice, but hotel did not provide dishwashing soap or sponge. How much trouble would it be to provide that? Staples were sticking out of the floor, bed was uncomfortable, and decor was cheap. Smoke alarm kept chirping in the middle of the night, so the staff came and took the battery out, leaving me with no working smoke detector.”

• Small room, even after upgrading to 2 beds. Sofa bed not comfortable.

“Hotel was clean, relatively comfortable - bed was hard. Perfect hotel for price savvy travelers on a budget. Full kitchen, no frills, and quiet. I requested late check out earlier in the week because I didn't arrive until 1 AM. Was told by two separate people at front desk that was confirmed. However, on Saturday morning, I was awoke by housekeeping (even with do not disturb sign displayed) and the front desk.”
