Location.
Everything. Dirty sheets. Bugs.

“This is a dump. Stain on sheets. Bugs in bathroom. Dirty carpet. Rude staff. Charged credit card even though fees were prepaid.”

Clean, convenient, close to Dodger Stadium and downtown.
No complaints.

“Very clean, convenient, close to Dodger Stadium. We stayed at the Super 8 on Sunset. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not a luxury hotel of course, but will definitely stay there again.”
