“ We found multiple problems with this Hotel. Other than the lobby/public areas the hotel was very sterile in appearance. We found multiple smudges/stains over both headboards. ”

“Good overall, but they have to inform guests about the parking fee. The sign board at the hotel parking entrance is hidden and can't be read, and the front desk did not inform the guests about the fee so it will come as a surprise to all.”

“This hotel is in a convenient downtown Glendale area with easy access to 134 freeway. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a decent size. They have ample garage parking, but it is expensive. The price is very expensive for the area. They do charge for all the extras: internet/day (13.00), refrigerator (30.00), parking/day (18.00), late check out (30.00/HR) just to name a few. There are no vending machines in this hotel. There is a small convenience store in the hotel near the elevator but has limited hours.”

“I will not ever use a Hilton again mostly for having to pay for parking and had to pay it use a microwave or refrigerate. I would rather stay at a Motel 6 with more things than a Hilton.”

“Hotel only offered a, sorry, for no hot water and heat. After we had called to complain about the heater not working, they sent up a tech and said it would be working in 30 min. An hour later, no heat, so I called again. This time a security lady showed up, hit some buttons and was in and out in 30 seconds. She, too, promised it should start working. No heat the entire night. Mind you it was cold outside. In the morning, we awoke to find no HOT water. Shocked that nothing was offered to guests. I hate this place with a deep passion and loathe its very existence.”

“The Glendale Hilton is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area. Room is large, decor is beautiful, bedding is impeccable, stunning bathroom. Large flat-screen TV. Good views of city or hills from almost any room. Very good service. The only drawback is the $16 per day parking fee.”
