• Clean rooms.
• Very very upset that we had to pay $18 to park.

“I will not ever use a Hilton again mostly for having to pay for parking and had to pay it use a microwave or refrigerate. I would rather stay at a Motel 6 with more things than a Hilton.”

• I did not like one thing about this hotel.
• Parking fee, NO HOT WATER OR HEAT!

“Hotel only offered a, sorry, for no hot water and heat. After we had called to complain about the heater not working, they sent up a tech and said it would be working in 30 min. An hour later, no heat, so I called again. This time a security lady showed up, hit some buttons and was in and out in 30 seconds. She, too, promised it should start working. No heat the entire night. Mind you it was cold outside. In the morning, we awoke to find no HOT water. Shocked that nothing was offered to guests. I hate this place with a deep passion and loathe its very existence.”

• Beautiful decor.
• Parking fee of $16.

“The Glendale Hilton is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area. Room is large, decor is beautiful, bedding is impeccable, stunning bathroom. Large flat-screen TV. Good views of city or hills from almost any room. Very good service. The only drawback is the $16 per day parking fee.”

got the hotel for a great price. The only catch was to park there that night it was 16 bucks. So maybe that included a different hotel would of been cheaper. Anyway
I was still satisfied i will just keep the parking fee in mind when i am pricing hotels for next time.”

• Centrally located, clean, upscale, and friendly staff.
• You have to pay for parking, but I guess you do everywhere down there, my rate was so great I cant complain though.

• The athletic facilities are excellent.
• The hotel
  never allows late checkout without a charge.

“This hotel is clean, has excellent facilities, and very comfortable rooms and beds, the personnel are very friendly. The swimming pool and weight room are also excellent. My main complaint is that the hotel never allows for a late checkout, not even an hour, and they charge $30 for each additional hour past noon. This inflexibility does not suit most business and leisure travelers. The parking is also horrendous at $16 a day.”

• The staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants in the area, and I was pleasantly surprised on the establishments in downtown Glendale.
• Location somewhat out of the way if you do not have a car.
