• Convenient to the location that I had travel to.
• I did not like the bathroom shower, way too small.

“Overall I had a fantastic stay, I love the view, close to the locations I had to travel to. Otherwise the only thing that I was not satisfy was that the restroom shower was way too small, and the Parking Valet $24 per day I think that was very expensive. I even tip the Valet driver. So that's why I gave this hotel a 3 star rating.”

• Room service I ordered dinner twice, no drinks or appetizers and each time the bill was approximately 45-50 dollars.

• The best experience was the attentive courtesy of the staff.
• They wanted fees for the use of the wireless internet.

“Everything was clean, and orderly and graceful, especially the courteous staff. The only weakness was their charges for internet access which even the cheapest motel gives customers free. It will keep me from using this hotel again as nice as it was.”

• No refrigerator in room had to pay for water bottles in room.

• Bathrooms could be updated a little more but were spacious seemed like valet staff at night had bad attitude with patrons.

“I love staying at this property. It's located in the nice part of Los Angeles high rise. I've stayed here about 4 times already. I love it here.”

• Parking garage is expensive at $22 per day! No refrigerator in room.

“I was greatly disappointed. Parking is a nightmare with any significant luggage. (It's a long walk). And a parking fee of $22 a night. Lobby more resembles a standard hotel from the 60's than any kind of 4 star hotel. Way over priced for what you get! Crappy, old TV with few channels. Keys didn't work and I had to go all the way down to the front desk again and wait in line. Check-in poorly staffed. The clerk said she was comping my water and then I was charged for it. It was clean and the bed was of good quality.”

“The hotel is clean and good located. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Room rate is okay but the parking and internet service are quite expensive. Anyway it should be a good choice for business travel but not too good for family holiday.”

“Lovely facility. They carry their own line of bath products made for them exclusively by bliss! Convenient access to the city via train and bus. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms. I recommend the Club level.”

• I love the look, the mall, post office, and location. It was convenient to everything.
• Cost of parking on site.

“The hotel is beautiful and inside of a shopping center that includes a Bally's which could be used by hotel patrons. It had shops, a post office, and drug store steps away. I loved my experience at the LA Downtown Sheraton.”

“The hotel does not provide the rooms with information about the amenities of the hotel. We could not find an ice machine/vending machine, workout facility, etc. We had no idea of the dining possibilities or hours of operations for the bar/eating facilities. It cost more to park my rental car than to rent it. I was not provided the double bed/non smoking I requested.”

• Convenient with clean nice rooms.
• We asked for a card table and chairs to accommodate 6 at cards, however, this was impossible for them to meet.

“The hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff was pleasant, although did not go out of their way to help for special requests, such as a card table and chairs as mentioned above. The hotel is very clean and meets 3 star luxuries.”

“I will not go back to this hotel. The room was very warm. Someone came in to check the temperature and just stated to give it a few minutes to cool down but nothing happened. Parking was very expensive. We ran out of toilet paper and it just was not a very good overall experience.”

• Lovely place. Beautiful bedding.
• No hot water in shower at night! No pool! Expensive parking.

“Great place to spend a quick night in LA but with no pool not good for kids. Lovely room with fun city views, and the proximity to mall was interesting (would be fun for longer visit).”
