• Basically Safe.
• Outdated rooms and baths.

• It was very clean!
• Room smelled when I first went in!

“Air conditioning worked good. parking lot confusing but did find a place to park. They need to assign parking spots for each room. There is no security in parking lot! Pool had good hours of acesss and was very clean! Did recieve a good room! I did not go on weekend thought! I went on a Thursday. Hotel right next to freeway not as noisy as one think it would be. I was on the 6th floor so that might have helped with the noise. I think I overpaid for a one night stay in a one star hotel.”

• It was ok.
• Bathrooms were crimp and poor.

“Overall not a bad, needs lots of TLC, especially the bathrooms, vending machines on the floors don't work. A little fridge in the rooms would help.”

• It was no nonsense, kind of loose but with personnel who were professional.
• Lobby a bit odd-looking. Too open.

“The room was fine, the staff were professional and helpful. Night manager Giovanni very competent and professional.”

• Close to the freeway.
• The door jams of several rooms including mine looks to have been forced open.

“This hotel was very close to the freeway and close to my meeting place but did not appear very safe. The security they had was questionable and the rooms appeared to have been vandalized. The room itself seemed nice but had a wretched odor.”

• They came and cleaned the room when we needed it cleaned.
• The parking. We couldn't find any and when we did we got a ticket. So the parking made my rating a lot lower. Very dissatisfied about that.

“Everyone was really nice, but we were very dissatisfied about the parking. That was our main concern. We were coming from a party and we were tired but yet we searched for a parking spot for 30 minutes and when we finally found one we got a ticket.”

• staff was very helpful and excellent service
• no refrigeators in room had to rent 10$ dollars a day?? and no micros!!
