• Loved that it was across the street from the Staples Center.
• Hated the wallpaper in the room.

“Came in to town for a concert. This hotel is across the street from the site. The staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were much larger then I had expected and even though we stayed at the back of the hotel it was quite. We were also in walking distance of shopping and some good restaurants. Would stay here again.”

• The staff was very kind and helpful.
• No restaurant on site.

“This is a good hotel for those who need to stay downtown. We needed to be close to Good Samaritan Hospital. We had to find a hotel on short notice. This hotel was helpful and made our need to stay longer than planned easier.”

• The rooms were spacious and free internet access.
• Air-con was noisy.

“Overall, this is what I expected for a 3-star hotel. The rooms were pleasantly spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Good work, Holiday Inn! p.s. staff could be more helpful, instead of pushing us around - between the reception and bell desk.”

• USA Today at the door!
• Was brought to a smoking room with two beds.

“I was told that hotel policy does not gurantee king size beds (which was on my confirmation). They also took us to 2 rooms that oboviously had been smoked in. After complaining they took us to 2 rooms with two beds but did not have a cigarette odor. I won't stay at a Holiday Express again!”

• I loved the View! You get to see the Hollywood Sign on the hills.
• Had to pay for parking as a registered guest of $15 a day.

“Its walking distance from the Staples and Convention Centre. Mins away from the Major attractions through the highways (depending on traffic) You don't even have to leave the hotel room to see the Hollywood sign! The only thing I. didn't like is the parking fee of $15 a day.”
