“What pissed me off, was that I had to pay $11 every night for parking. As a guest, I don't agree with that at all. If you're going to make me pay for parking, make your fees more like $3 (although I think guest should not even pay for parking at all).”

“The hotel was within walking distance of Staples Center, which was what I wanted, but not necessarily in the best area of town. It was satisfactory for my needs.”
