“We didn't feel fine in this hotel. Just ok and if they doesn't repair they are lift, they'll have trouble with everybody. And last day when we need go to airport, nobody write or say something to let us know, the life is doesn't work. And we had to wait near half an hour and when we were in the airport, the time is not so enough to us. Also we are not happy when we need take they are lift in this few days.”

“The staff were wonderful and recommended a fabulous restaurant. The location was very convenient to public transportation. Close to Korea town, but located in "Latin America." An interesting place to stay - I would stay here again.”

“The desk clerk ignored me most of the time and I was told my room would be clean in a half an hour (I showed up an hour after check in time) and then had to wait an additional hour when I came back because there was someone new at the front desk. Not very efficient but once I had the room it had everything I needed and it was fine.”

“The hotel location is unsafe, none of the women in our group felt comfortable walking outside of the hotel after dark. We could see people dealing drugs in the alley from the door of our hotel.”

“This is the second time staying at this hotel. Although the location area is not that good the rooms are nice and clean. It seems the staff tries and keeps on top of things and we have found them friendly and helpful.”

“Main problem is no ice box. Beds need to be replaced. Parking is ok. Have better control of rooms, what I mean is I was given a room that had not been cleaned up. Towels were laying everywhere, just not happy with these issues. ”
