• Asked for smoking room did not get one.

• It was set up nice, employees very friendly.
• Toilet was broken and it ran all night , and the pillows were gone from the room.

• Nothing good to say. Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Very small rooms. Beds very uncomfortable. No bath tub just shower.

“I've stayed in many Extended Stay Hotels and this was the first time I was no happy with any of the accommodations. Very tiny room space. No oven. Mini refrigerator. Not a full bath but just small shower. No room to work in what so ever. Gun shots heard very close both nights. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.”

• The staff was very polite and friendly.
• Horrible experience.

“Saw mice in room. Relocated to another floor after I refused a room next to room where I saw the mice. They were going to set a trap in the room, I said definitely not with me in the room. New room had leaking AC, water on floor; toilet handle stuck causing water to run. This room was cleaner than the first. I have already booked another reservation at this hotel before my horrible experience.”

• I liked willingness of staff to be friendly and helpful.
• Some of the details, such as bed creakiness and toilet flushing, were less than stellar.

“I was not impressed with the creakiness of the bed, it kept making rickety creaking noises if one sat on the left side, and also, the toilet did not seem designed well, and I say this because flushing the toilet required multiple presses of the lever before bowl was fully flushed.”

“Answer for question # 3 is only for Albertan street location but not for Vermont location the staff in Vermont location is good and manager is very nice.”

• The room was comfortable and staff was pleasant.
• The refrigerator need to be thawed the freezer compartment was nearly useless.
