Location.
Noisy.

The inexperience of staff.

“First - wrong room - ordered a specific room because I stayed there 4 times before and got a single room, wanted 2 beds, near handicap parking. They gave me a double, no coffee, no towels, water on the floor in the bathroom, and the room was not very clean. When I do go to a motel and stay for any length of time, I place an object somewhere in the room to see if they really clean and this time they did not. I place a pen on the floor, which could be seen, and it was not picked up the whole time I was there. Which means they did not vacuum? Second day - no towels, had to call for some. Instead of them bringing them to the room, they wanted me to pick them up. So we had to wait for about a half hour, had to make a second call, for the towels. I could go on, but I was very disappointed in the motel this time. I really don't think I will stay there again. Sorry.”

The bed was comfortable.
When I went to the pool it was locked and they didn't have a key to open it.

“I was only in it at night, and the bed worked. Franklin was nice and helped me with directions but the other people were useless and couldn't answer questions at all. It wasn't a language thing it was that they were lazy.”
