  • The hotel staff were very nice.
  • Could not open the sliding door and needed to have fresh air.

  • The bar makes a good drink.
  • The lobby is the best you will get in the hotel. The rest of the hotel needs to be redone.

“I picked Holiday Inn for its usually good rooms; this place was the bomb, looks like that's what hit it. Not only the beds lumpy and the rooms smelled, the hallways were a mess. I had to move from the room they gave me, because of the noise, they could not give me a room to the back of the hotel, so they moved me 5 rooms away from the noise to an even worse room, and even more noise. A lovely view about 5 am, the semi backed up at McDonald and started unloading, oh about 4:30 am the garbage truck emptied the dumpster. No sound proofing! I found out why this room was even worse than the last, the large window with the view of the dumpster and McDonalds had separated form the frame, the gap was at least three inches. This place is not a Holiday Inn, in the true sense. It is close to a flop house, only more amenities. How it is rated so high is beyond me. I also asked for a discount. Answer was we don't do that. Think twice before you book this one.”

  • Good shrimp dumplings.
  • Terrible van service.

“I called for the van for over an hour, it should run every 20 minutes. The hotel is sub par, poor van service, limited menu, and dirty rooms, and so on. This is a one star hotel at best. I would never stay here again. ”

“The room was next to a VERY loud elevator. The maid kept opening my door each day even though I had the do not disturb sign out. Very annoying since I work late and sleep in.”

“I just don't like the way they gave my room to another person, and sent me to a lower grade hotel, not so close, really late at night. And after calling to confirm my late arrival that night. And the worst was their attitude towards me, as they didn't care, about me, as I saw them giving them rooms to other people, while they sent me to another hotel, and in the next morning, trying to get the room, the second day, they still didn't wanted me to get the room.”

  • Had to pay for parking. I feel this should be disclosed in the gen. info about the hotel. This really becomes a hidden extra charge. I resent it!

  • nothing nearby driving a must or must shuttle

“the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly as usual i have stayed at this hotel many times before the only downside is that you must drive to nearby attractions or anyplace of intrest they do have a shuttle that picks you up at the airport 24/7 i would recommend if you do not mind public transportation.”
