• It was gorgeous, and spacious.
• There wasn't anything I didn't like.

• Felt Exclusive.

“I guess if you want to 'feel' hip and pay $12.99 for a bottle of water and 30 + per day to park the car, then thats fine. The hotel staff is nothing to write home about. They weren't very friendly, the sky bar staff was even worse ! There was a waitress at the sky bar, worst waitress I have ever had. First time in my life I didn't give a tip. They didn't ask how the hotel was when we checked out. Its definitely a popular place and the place to be if you like that kind of stuff though.”

• Gym is a joke.

“They have added artsy decorations, but the beds are uncomfortable, the flat-screen TV picture is poor-quality, and the gym is a few treadmills stuffed into a first-floor former guest room.”

• The rooms were really modern.
• The TV had static on a lot of the channels.

• The hotel room was clean. The shower was great.
• Room laced comfortable seating and pool side noise from bar did not end until 2 am.

“The hotel was definitely quirky in it's furnishings, both in the lobby and in our room. There was not a comfortable chair on which to sit. The wood floors with not even an area rug made the room feel very cold and the pool noise continued until 2 a.m. and in our 6th floor room it made it impossible to sleep. We should have been informed beforehand.

• Very clean, hip, updated, great staff.
• Poor lighting in the bathroom; somewhat noisy on a Saturday night.

“Very funky, upscale modern hotel in great West Hollywood location. Suited to 25-40 crowd - we skewed a little older, but still had a great time people watching!”

• Was charged for 2 movies we did not watch.

“Nice rooms but had to pay for parking and was charged $30 for to movies which we did not order. Got them to cancel one charge but had to pay for the other and don't even think about eating or drinking anything from the room the prices are outrageous.”

• The atmosphere, cleanliness, and attention to detail were great.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was amazing, clean, friendly staff, helpful concierge, great food, great room service; maid service was prompt and thoughtful. I will stay here again and again.”

• I really liked the rooms in this hotel and the beds were very comfy.
• The scene was very surreal like another mindset. very celebrity.

“The hotel was really nice very strange in many ways too. The whole Hollywood thing is very apparent here. The staff was friendly though and did not make us feel weird for having out kid there. But everyone was there to party so be prepared. Someone tried to break into our room at 2 in the morning and we were told "well it is Saturday night" so most likely a drunk guy wrong room. Did not make my adrenaline calm down though. So if you want to party this is for you. But if you have kids and do not be discouraged but hope they do not break anything in the room.”

• The overall atmosphere started in the lobby and was kept throughout the building.
• From our room on the 4th floor, the music from the club downstairs was too loud to sleep until 3 am.

“Great unless you are too close to the club. then you won't get any sleep. Otherwise a wonderful hotel in a great area at a decent price.”

• The renovation was well worth the money. The hotel is very luxurious.
• Construction/poor signage made it difficult to find the hotel & then the valet parking.

“You can't beat the convenient location of the Mondrian. The eclectic decor and luxurious appointments in the guest rooms will make you wish your business trip had to last longer. And the restaurant- Asia de Cuba- offers mouthwatering cuisine you'll crave once you're back home! The Mondrian certainly earns its star rating.”

• Decor and ambiance were great as well as location.
• Noise levels from outside and inside hotel. Tends to be a party hotel, trendy, pricy but needs improvement in terms of use of space.

“Hotel is centrally located and great for exploring west Hollywood area. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Noise levels tend to be high from the street and within the hotel, so I would not recommend this hotel for family travelers. This is definitely a young trendy hotel that needs to concentrate on upgrading services and hotel common spaces. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again given the proximity to clubs and dinning. The hotels has potential to be a great hotel, but still needs work.”

• The Sky Bar. The location of the hotel.
• The rooms door kept rattling when someone would close their door.

“The hotel was great and Sky bar. The location was perfect. The only problem was the continuous doors rattling when someone would close their door on the floor. It woke you up a lot during the night/day.”

• Ambiance, feel and service were all excellent.
• No coffee in the room.

“Common areas were excellent with high end sky bar at night in the pool area. Hands down the best service I have ever experienced. Staff were truly interested and couldn't do enough for us, above and beyond. Valet parking was the only option, but we felt like royalty. The rooms are newly remodeled with modern and comfort well combined. Pool assistant made my children feel welcome at the pool. Bellman took our luggage, acquired our car, loaded the back, and watched the children while we took care of checkout. Excellent.”

• Visually interesting.
• Pool wasn't usable because of hordes of drinkers, partiers.

“This hotel is geared toward a very narrow demographic of young singles who want to hang out poolside and move in and out of the Sky Bar. That said, the rooms are comfortable, service satisfactory and public spaces visually interesting.”

• The staff was incredibly awesome, knowledgeable and helpful.
• Parking is a little bit of a walk, spend the extra 9 dollars and get Valet.
