• Perfect location- 10 minutes away from beach. Large kitchenette and grocery store across street.

“My fiance and I were very impressed with the quality and location of this hotel especially with the smoking deal we got. The bed was comfortable, it had a quaint sitting area, and a kitchenette with a microwave, full sized fridge, stove and oven, and kitchen essentials. The suite was simple and tasteful. There is a business lobby with a computer with internet access, which was perfect because we had trouble with our laptop. And they have free coffee 24 hours a day.”

• Great room, clean, staff was helpful.
• Communal BBQ didn't work (they were waiting for some parts).

“I was happy with the hotel. Clean, staff was friendly; pool area was small, but sufficient for the kids to have some fun, free Internet use. Has bachelor suites, one and two room suites.”

• Convenient to LAX rental cars.

“Plenty of room, full kitchen, convenient to freeway and LAX, technically in Manhattan Beach but 3 miles from the beach, not a pretty area but very convenient. Very clean with friendly staff, as usual with Marriott.”

• Great room for the price. Clean, safe and everything you could need.
• The designer must have been color blind.

“I was pleased with my stay. The room included a kitchenette that was stocked with all the basic necessities. Clean and in a safe location, I would recommend this for business and short term visitors.”

• Convenient location.
• Funny smell in room.

“Clean and attractive room, funny smell though. The Metrolink line runs next to hotel so it was a bit noisy. A very convenient location next to shopping center and restaurants. Adequate for a short biz trip.”

• No Jacuzzi.

• Very comfortable beds & the muffins & coffee in the morning were a nice surprise.
• No hot tub.

“The staff was friendly, facilities clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Free muffins and coffee in the morning was a nice surprise. The location was convenient since it was only a couple blocks away from the freeway. The only complaint is while they have a pool, they don't have a hot tub.”

• Loved the nightly activity, beer/wine reception, etc.
• Could have been a tad larger for a suite and stove wasn't working correctly.
