“We stayed there B/C the location was good for us. It was a 2 week medical appointment in LA. The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The common areas of the pool and court yard could have been better. The over all experience was very good! We would stay there again!”

“Very handy to LAX, really nice to drop rental car off first and save parking! Room itself was small, shades of New York, but attractive and comfortable. Quiet, even though across from active runways. Shuttle to airport prompt. Couldn't be more pleased.”

“Overall, the Hilton was adequate. In some ways, it surpassed my expectations. In other ways, it failed miserably. The lobby area was beautiful and customer service was very friendly and helpful. That said, I requested a non-smoking room and received a room on the only smoking floor of the hotel. The whole floor stunk of smoke, including my room. Upon entering the room, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned and the bedding had not been changed from the previous hotel guest. I tried to call the front desk, but the room's phone didn't work. I headed down to lobby to inform the front desk of these problems. The concierge in the lobby was very helpful and directed me to someone who could provide me with a clean room on a non-smoking floor. I was very pleased with the quality of the new room I was provided. One thing I found strange was the dorm-like mini-fridge that was pushed out almost into the middle of the floor. It just seemed out of place. The only other thing in the room worth commenting on was the bathroom. While the room was nice, half of the bathroom was stuck in the 70s. I wonder if the shower and fixtures have been updated since the hotel opened. The last thing I want to comment on was the parking. I know parking is typically more expensive near airports, but I thought $17 for one night at a hotel was a bit excessive. I was a little surprised that paying customers didn't park for free, especially considering how much people pay to stay at a Hilton.”

“The hotel had no problem and I had tried for three days from Paris to get a hold of you but with no luck via phone or internet. There should always be exceptions to the rule in odor to be customer friendly.”

“Everything was good as long as you are paying. Nothing is free or complimentary. Breakfast at 19.95/person and parking at 17.00 /night was really expensive. Hotel should have fridge and microwave in room for travelers not looking to dine with the hotel at every meal.”

“There should be a better parking rate for hotel guests. The fact that there is need for parking validation for in/out residents should be made plain at check in to avoid confusion and frustration at the valet window.”

“This hotel has a nice location and it is very quiet. We had a lovely view of the airplanes flying in and did not hear them. The bathroom is huge, leaving plenty of space for both my partner and I to get ready at the same time. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. This hotel has one of the nicest fitness centers that I have seen in a while. Great vacation hotel!”

“Terrible first night with a non-smoking room mixed in with smoking rooms on the third floor - big mistake. Got a room change to a 12th floor room the second night and 100% improved. Furniture could use some replacement as it is starting to show wear.”

“Excellent for location (next to LAX). Clean, quite room, comfortable beds, chair and desk. Internet was extra. Easy check in. Restaurants convenient. Valet parking a little slow.”
