• Location - walked to coffee, beach, food, shopping etc.
• The bathroom was really tight and mirror in bedroom was free hung on wall. Not good for makeup.

“The staff was courteous and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not conducive to two people using the sink at the same time and it was not very clean. The decor of the room was pretty bland with only one picture on the wall (not on a main wall, but kind of hidden). The outside was very 50's but the lobby had been nicely updated. The location was excellent; right across the street from Redondo Beach Village.”

• To be honest, nothing at all! I am very serious.
• Everything!

“Staff was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and treated me as if they didn't care! My room was very depressing and especially the bathroom was horrifying to the point where I couldn't bring myself to use it! I informed the front desk people but no one even responded to me! Overall this room was an insult to me and I hope I can forget about this traumatizing experience!”

• It was dumpy and the service was bad.

“Old hotel that needs remodeling with lackadaisical staff that does little to help when things break down. Do not go to this hotel.”

• The location was nice very close to our family. Grocery store next door was wonderful.
• Staff, price, condition of the building

“Staff was not very friendly. Our room was very hot and when we tried to turn on the a/c it did not work. We called down to the front desk and were told that it was broken but that they were working on it and it should be fixed by the next day. The next day we still did not have a/c. When we asked again we were told that it wasn't turned on and wouldn't be turned on and that we should live our deck door open. So we were lied to first and then asked to leave the door open which did not seem safe, not to mention the door did not have a screen and there were many bugs around. Hallway was not lit well and although the building seemed clean many things seemed to be dingy and in disrepair.”
