• Arrogant egotistical staff.

“I had to upgrade for a 2nd bed and also pay for parking in their tiny parking lot!”

• Nice cozy feel.
• Very few amenities, closer to a motel.

• The location.
• The staff, the beds, the hotel in general, the cleaning was terrible as were the attitudes of the housekeepers.

“I will never stay here again. Although it's a great location, it is not a 2.5 star hotel, more like a 1.5/2 star. The housekeepers were not friendly, the front desk was ok, the rooms were always dirty and we had problems with housekeeping to get it cleaned up. 2.5 star is something like Courtyard Marriott, this was more like a Super 8, in my opinion.”

• Good location and good value for location.
• Rooms a bit noisy.

“Good price in a good location. Good selection if you are after a place to just sleep. Would not be a good selection if you like amenities and a new feel to the grounds.”

• Free full breakfast helpful staff.
• Claim free shuttle service and they don't offer it, it was a Best Western claiming upscale not.

“Checked into hotel late at night and was given room facing major street (extremely noisy, horrible). Cable TV didn't work. Changed rooms. second room was nice and quiet everything worked. No shuttle service. I would gladly have paid more if given the option than to have gotten this hotel”
