“It's a nice little place to crash for a few days. There didn't appear to be any staff in place to wrangle the after 2am crowd out of the hallways. But nice restaurants, bars, beach, shopping and pier were all within walking distance.”

“Ok hotel but I am picky when it comes to noise. Although I expect some of it, I definitely don't expect 48 hours of noise during all hours of the night. Not acceptable. Staff tried to fix the problem, but how can you. The property is shaped in a way where you can't tell where the noise is coming from.”

“One word: Bedbugs! The room was completely infested with bedbugs, which bit my mother on the arm and neck. I squished about two dozen of them, which were all over the drapes and one of the beds, one bug even visible on the pillow by my mother's head. Some of them were absolutely huge, and a few of them made red smears when we squished them, which indicates they had been feeding on us. The lady who runs this motel was nice and apologetic, but only complimented us for one night, the night we were up all night due to the insect horrors (my parents are elderly, and it was simply too late for them to pack up and move in the middle of the night), the other 3 nights my parents spent unaware of the swarm of bugs in our room. That's not good enough. This was frightening. My dad has a heart condition, and I didn't want to upset him, which is the only reason I didn't raise my voice at the management as we were leaving. Upon inspection, the curtains in that room were literally covered with over 100 dead bugs, no exaggeration. There is some serious neglect going on there. Be warned. In forty years, this was the single worst hotel/motel experience of my life.”

“This hotel provided a fridge, iron, and cable which were very nice and needed. Further, it was nice to have continental breakfasts that were more than just donuts.”

“I was a woman traveling alone and felt very unsafe. The water in shower did not work but too scared to have a staff member come to my room. It was on 1st floor in back corner behind a large cement barrier. No view to office. Room had sliding door to back public area. Felt it unsafe and out of the way.”

“The hotel was very nice of course got the warm chocolate chip cookie, which my daughter could not enjoy because it was full of nuts. We had two double beds which was nice. Room over looked the pool, everything smelled clean the halls smelled good. No smoking anywhere near our room which I liked. We could even see the bay from our room. The only downfall was the garage; do not park there unless you have a very small car. We were there in our truck and were not warned how bad it was. We broke our mirror clean off trying to get out of the garage. We only parked there one night then paid to park across the street. Only after that did we see the sign posted warning about larger vehicles. Not a lot to eat around there. Little Italy is just a few blocks up the street and there's Ariana's in the Hotel, which is expensive and doesn't have the quality you are paying for. Food is flavorless! The hotel itself if worth staying at!”

“Bad hotel, room is full of smoke and linens are not very clean. You can hear noise from next door and from hallway. Bad location, close to major road so it is very noise. The worst thing is you have to stay in a smoking room by paying non-smoking room! They refused to change it to non-smoking even you book it one month ahead. What a bad experience. Hope no one will stay in ties hotel besides smokers.”

“ We were very pleased. It is an older hotel but was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very nice breakfast set up and close to the beach. Safe walk day or night, as you passes by a fire house. We chose this hotel for its location not star rating. As with every hotel you can sometimes hear the neighbors but that is not the staff¿s fault, if people choose to be louder then need be at night. Great price to be located this close to the Redondo beach pier and king harbor marina!”
