  • Luxury and service were top notch.

“After a long flight with my 4 year old, this hotel was such a treat. The bedding was like a cloud, furniture and decor made me feel like I was in a luxury resort, I probably was. I have never been in such a nice hotel. It was absolutely perfect! Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.”

  • Everything costs extra, from computer use to printing a page.

“Overall, it was a clean hotel, although at first they tried to put me in a room that had not been cleaned that day. The staff was kind and helpful. What irritated me the most was that you could not watch any TV without paying, not movies, TV, Wi-Fi access was 13 for one day, the business center charged per minute for computer use and for each page printed. I can understand limiting how long someone uses one of two computers, or how many pages can be printed, but I had to pay to use the PC for three minutes and print two pages. Does not feel like four star hotel quality services to me. They just try and squeeze every bit out of you possible. I was, however, able to pull the Wi-Fi connection from the four points hotel next door, that offers it free of charge to their guests. Thanks Sheraton, perhaps next time I'm in LAX, I will try your services.”

  • Every employee was helpful and friendly. Room linens were modern and attractive.
  • No good inexpensive restaurants withing walking distance.

“Room was tastefully decorated with modern linens (i.e. not flowery). Right near the airport, but didn't hear a thing. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed quickly; the handyman even stopped by later to make sure everything was OK! On top of all that, Aveda products in the bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Didn't have the greatest experience while we were there. The first day we had to call the front desk because the tv remote did not work and the water would barely get warm enough to take a shower. A repair man came up and fixed both although the hot water only lasted 10 - 15 minutes after that. They did offer to change our room but we felt it would be too much of a hassle to pack up again and unpack for the short time we were there. The hot tub was filthy! The water had a pink/brown tinge to it that initially I thought was due to the color of the tile. I only spent about 10 minutes in it before I went back up to my room. I hung my suit up to dry in the bathroom and noticed that my white suit had a brown tinge to it but I thought it was the lighting. Later that day we went to the beach and I changed back in to my suit. As we were walking around the beach we noticed that we were being followed by a foul stench which of course was my suit! To be fair the hotel did give us a $50 credit when we checked out to be used towards breakfast at the restaurant. The $50 barely covered out breakfast! Not much you can do to french toast to make it worth paying $20!”

  • Extremely close to the airport and very clean. Great decor.
  • The hotel as a whole is very small. The pool is the size of an iphone.

“A great place for business travel or a quick trip to Los Angeles if not planning to spend much time in your hotel. The hotel as a whole was quite small, not offering a large pool for 'sun loungers' like myself. Great work out facility but food prices were a little high and parking fee was ridiculous ($23 a night). Great staff, extremely clean hotel. I would recommend for business travel or a quick trip to L.A. Not overly lush.”

  • The staff was pretty bad.

“The staff was pretty bad. They didn't want tell me if I can have two queen beds before I call them twice time to two different people. They finally find my reservation after 30 minutes and 3 different person. They didn't help me to retrieve a ring I forget in the room the same morning and never call me back.”
