• Large than expected room. Low noise.
• Nothing bad to say.

“Check in was fast and service cordial. Other staff helpful. Room was bigger that expected and the bed very comfortable. Short walking distance to most car rental lots. Although near the aircraft approach path there was little noise in the room. I would stay there again.”

• They named a drink after me.
• $26.00 parking fee!

“I am totally disappointed. $26.00 parking, not mentioned, $15.00 internet, not mentioned, cheap musty handicap room, not mentioned. Told by staff that it was too bad after complaining.”

• Convenient location and friendly staff.
• Noisy party on Saturday night and initial room assignment totally unacceptable due to excessive heat and broken thermostat.

“Clean and comfortable but not everything is up-to-date and well maintained. With a late check-in we were upgraded to a junior suite but soon discovered that it was unbearably hot with a thermostat that fell off the wall when we went to adjust it. Staff was pleasant and helpful in finding an acceptable new room but we were tired and it was late.”

• Expensive Breakfast & Valet parking.

“Easy Check-in & Check-out, clean rooms and location easy to find. Great for business travel but would not say kid friendly. Towels are not soft but large bathroom are nice. Beds were comfortable. Room smelled fresh with no smoke residue.”

• Close to the airport, yet very upscale and destination like.
• The pool was too small to really swim in.

“We were a bit scared because it was LA and it was at the airport. But the hotel was very friendly. Polite and calm. Everything was well designed for comfort and privacy.”

• Nice rooms.
• Internet service extra, rip-off for a hotel like this, wouldn't come back just for that.

“Everything ok except internet service charge $10. Wouldn't come back because of it, stayed at Holiday Inns and Hyatt they never charge for it.”

• Late checkout was earlier than similar competitive properties in the area (1pm vs. 4pm at Westin).

“The Renaissance Montura is definitely a high quality business travel establishment. Being part of the Marriott family, one would expect nothing less.”

• Updated, upscale, the bed and linens were 5 star. The room actually was 5 star qualities.
• Parking not easy.

“I would stay again. It was very comfortable, updated and clean. The bed was amazing!”

“It was more and even better than I had expected. I would go back there again. It was near LAX, but tucked off the main street. It had good shuttle service. It would have been even better if there had been a breakfast included!”

• Location to airport, flat screen TV, fast internet in my room.
• Scuff marks on the hotel room door. It cheapens the hotel and can easily be taken care of.

“Staff were very friendly, and asked to see our hotel key/card at night before letting us up on the elevator. I like this kind of security. Bell hop was helpful, fast Valet. Very expensive hotel parking though.”
