“Check in was fast and service cordial. Other staff helpful. Room was bigger that expected and the bed very comfortable. Short walking distance to most car rental lots. Although near the aircraft approach path there was little noise in the room. I would stay there again.”

“Clean and comfortable but not everything is up-to-date and well maintained. With a late check-in we were upgraded to a junior suite but soon discovered that it was unbearably hot with a thermostat that fell off the wall when we went to adjust it. Staff was pleasant and helpful in finding an acceptable new room but we were tired and it was late.”

“Easy Check-in & Check-out, clean rooms and location easy to find. Great for business travel but would not say kid friendly. Towels are not soft but large bathroom are nice. Beds were comfortable. Room smelled fresh with no smoke residue.”

“It was more and even better than I had expected. I would go back there again. It was near LAX, but tucked off the main street. It had good shuttle service. It would have been even better if there had been a breakfast included!”

“Staff were very friendly, and asked to see our hotel key/card at night before letting us up on the elevator. I like this kind of security. Bell hop was helpful, fast Valet. Very expensive hotel parking though.”
