• Clean and convenient to LAX.
• The restaurant was pricey for the quality of food.

“Very convenient to LAX. Rooms and public areas were clean and well appointed. Nice Gift Shop. Dinner at the restaurant was okay, but a little pricey.”

• Convenience, size of the room (large!).
• Lobby was a little cramped.

“The room was large and spacious with plenty of room to lay out baggage for repacking. Oh yeah for expatriated Californians, it's close to In and Out Burger, Ralph's and Trader Joes!”

• Location.
• Walls were too thin party next door 2 calls to security.

“The first room we were assigned was not ready for visitors. One of the beds was unmade. We were given another room. Road noise and paper thin walls made it hard to sleep. There was a party next door. We called security twice. The door banged open and shut all night long. Not a very pleasant stay.”

• The location and appearance of the hotel were nice.
• One of the staff at the hotel was rude and this gave me an overall negative impression.

“The hotel was at a good location for were I wanted to go. It was clean and attractive but one of the staff members was very rude to me when I asked for another key to the room because the one I was given did not work. This gave me a very bad impression about the hotel.”

• The staff was extremely friendly.
• The wireless internet was not free; we had to pay for it.

“The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly. The valet service was very prompt and housekeeping was quick when items were requested. I had a great experience at the Crown Plaza Hotel.”

• Location, clean, safe.
• 2 beds not available had to share king bed.

“The hotel was close to the airport with a convent shuttle and the rooms were very clean and they did offer complimentary breakfast for not having 2 beds available.”

• Excellent, helpful staff.
• Room carpets in the Crown Plaza always appear to need cleaning (spots, dirt, etc).

• The room was well equipped and comfortable. Starbucks coffee stands in lobby.
• Someone opened the door to my room at 5:44 am. The desk clerk did little to address the problem.

“Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and well equipped. The restaurant food and selection were average at best. The fact that someone accessed my room with a key in the early morning was off-putting to the degree that I'm unsure if I will stay at this hotel again.”

“I had called in advance to request a room with 2 beds, as we had 2 adults and a child. The front desk said they would accommodate the request. However, when I arrived the front desk told me they only had King size beds for me. This was unprofessional and demeaning.”

• Noisy airplanes, dirty carpets in room.

“We did not have a bad experience here, but our motel room seemed a bit dated and it was very noisy due to the proximity of the airport. We would probably not choose this motel again if given the choice.”

• Nothing I like.
• Dirty. Not tell truth. Has non-smoking room but told us no. Paid extra for switching room.

“This is very bad experience for us. Reception told us that they did not have non-smoking room. After spoke to manager, we had non-smoking room, but paid extra money. Room seems old and dirty. Carpet is very old.”

• This hotel was convenient, close to airport and easily accessible.
• The room was somewhat worn looking, the paint was peeling off the door and didn't look that clean.

“This trip was a family trip and not a lot of time was spent in the hotel. The hotel room was a little dirty looking and the paint was peeling off the wall and the carpet and overall feel of the room did not look clean. However, the staff was great and very helpful. This hotel is in a great location and I would stay here again due to the convenience of it's location. My one recommendation would be to update the overall decor in the rooms.”

• It was close to the airport with a free shuttle.
• It was almost sold out, so we had a room with a king bed. Not so great with 2 adults and 2 kids.

• Convenient.
• Parking lot was not marked well.

“Excellent value for hotel. Close to airport, with easy access to most LA attractions. The only thing I didnt like was the parking facility - very unclear which levels are for hotel guests. Also, no signs to the elevators. When leaving the parking lot, you need hotel voucher (to show that you paid for parking) along with the garage ticket. Not a deal-killer, though. Pool and hot tub were great!”
