“We stayed here so that we'd be close to the airport for the next morning. We were able to check in early, and the lady was able to tell us how to use the bus/metro from hotel to another area of LA, as we were not renting a car. It's a bit inconvenient for anything but the airport, but was sufficient for our needs.”

“Very out-dated...especially the sleeping rooms. Walls had lots of scuffs, carpet was not very clean, bathrooms were also not very clean. The windows are also not as insulated as some of the other airport hotels.”

“The pool was very small & not heated for the first couple days, nor was the sauna working. The rooms were disgustingly dirty (dusty), stained floors, old furniture. The one star (Holiday Inn) in Long Beach was much better to stay in & had free WiFi! The restaurant was also very expensive & the food not good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I can't believe it is a 3 1/2 star!”

“ Hotel has the potential to be great if they would invest in renovated the rooms/hallways. The common areas seemed to be nice and the hotel offered a variety of restaurants which was a convenience if you decided to stay in. My turn-off was the rooms (I switched rooms because the first one had stains on the carpet). Stained carpets, dusty furniture, old and dated bathrooms, even the TV in rooms were antiquated. I was expecting so much more. Very disappointed. ”

“Convenient location near LAX. Self parking is in a structure next to the hotel, but its a bit dodgy. Hotel could use a little updating, but it was clean and comfortable.”

“ I checked in at 5 pm local and was told that all they had left was a smoking room and that the hotel was sold out for that night. After several minutes of protesting on my part the hotel finally agreed to give me a non smoking room. ”

“ Hotel was a disappointment. I expected much more since I have stayed in other hotels in the area. They charged you for internet usage, copies and every possible charge that could be added. The Breakfast buffet wasn't as good as Denny's yet the charge was $17 per person. They did give 1/2 price coupons for buffets. Staff was friendly. But the lobby is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Parking is a nightmare. ”

“This hotel does not rate a 3-star rating anymore. The hallways were dirty on multiple floors across the hotel and looked like they hadn't been vaccumed in weeks. The room I got smelled badly like body odor, forcing me to switch rooms. The hotel parking garage across the street is in very poor condition, with graffiti on the elevator and broken parts on the elevator.”

“The hotel was located close to the airport and the my work site. Entry and exits were accessible to the main streets. Parking was easily accessible for self parking. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful at all times. I felt that I was cared for and that the hotel would be happy to help if necessary. I felt safe. Check out was simple and quick. The reception clerks were very helpful.”

“This is not a 3.5 star hotel. Halls and corridors were dirty, front desk less than friendly, and did not issue a parking pass on check in. Also, 10.95 per day per computer for internet. I would stay in a tent before I stayed at this hotel again.”

“Rooms need a good vacuum, painting, and updating, new carpeting would be a huge addition to these rooms. New wallpaper as well. It could be a great airport hotel if they would invest in room updates and vacuum every room in every corner-get rid of all that old dust that customers can see. Recaulk every bathroom, and re tile every floor.”

“Shabby, dirty, and revolting. We went to 2 different rooms as I was shocked by the first. The second was only slightly better. Carpets are stained multi-colored - carpet is peeling off the wall. Bed sank in the middle. Absolutely what you expect from a shabby motel in the middle of Vegas.”

“Overall, our stay went very well. The hallways (wall paper hanging off) and rooms (garage sale furniture, carpeting stained) need updating, badly. I highly recommend the beef, fillet, one of the best I have ever had. Garage parking is a nightmare! The first three floors are reserved for non-hotel guests. I was there on Christmas day and after two full trips through the entire garage I was forced to use valet. The hotel provided the service at the same rate as self parking.”

“Very old TV
with a remote that didn't work, the heater was so loud that we rather turned it off so we could sleep. Room was old and not so clean. We could hear the cleaning crew outside all morning. Extremely bustling lobby like a supermarket. It was more like a 2 star place.”
