“The only parking is valet for $16 a night, so make sure you add that to your traveling budget. It was a comfortable stay, but we noticed that room service missed a bowl and other belongings on a shelf that were there for who knows how long. I'm not pick,so I would stay there again.”

“The overall quality was great. I would stay here again if I needed to be at the airport early. I didn't like that it took way too long to get one portable play pen for us when we had to be up so early. I don't think that you should be charged for their parking when you are staying at the hotel.”

“Fitness facility was right near our room and although I was surprised how small the fitness room was it was neat with equipment in good condition. There was no pool that I saw just a hot tub but after the zoo it was just what I needed. The room was excellent and the staff members were all very professional and helpful. There was a small fridge in the room and a grocery and plenty of eating establishments near by!”

“Parking for the disable was around the side of the hotel and not in front. This hotel needs to be updated. I don't plan to return.”

“Staff is friendly but not as willing to apply rewards member upgrades as our other hotels. Hilton does a much better job of taking care of their honors members. Exercise room is too small and not enough exercise equipment. Very smelly too.
This hotel is not a 3 star hotel.”

“Convenient hotel to LAX. Above average relative to the other hotels in the area, however, tourists may wish to stay further away from LAX as there is not much in terms of entertainment in the immediate area.”

“I found my toilet to be broken and watermarks with a hole in the ceiling above the shower. I called front desk immediately about this problem. I was moved. They did not offer any amenities (upgrade, meal, etc). For the regular rooms, there is also a cabinet that runs through the center of the room acting as a divider, which can make the guest feel claustrophobic.”

“I really liked staying at this hotel, but the one thing that surprised me is that I kept the "Do not disturb" sign on the door until about 4 in the afternoon. I left the room, thinking that is would not be entered by anyone after that hour. But when I came back the housekeeping staff had come in anyway. The only reason I took off the "Do not disturb" sign is that I need to use my key and forgot to put the sign back up. I very much disliked the housekeeping staff coming into my room.”

“When we arrived to the hotel, it was stuffy, the AC was not turned on for us like the others. This particular room was dirty, looks like the maid only made the bed and left everything else behind. The fridge was not emptied out, there was a stater bros bag in the room, there was an open water bottled left. We called the front office, he was nice and found us a clean room, and it was much better! Another thing I did not like was the AC was really loud. I could not sleep so we turned it off, but it got hot again.”

“I did not appreciate the staff at the front desk. They were never available when I needed them - always in the back room. The night staff had their paperwork all over the front desk. My friend parked his car in the parking lot for 15 minutes - he charged my hotel account for parking the entire night.”
