“Friendly, well kept modern hotel with all the amenities expected of this star rating. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was well appointed, with very comfortable beds, chairs, desk with internet service, etc. Quiet and non-smoking added to the plus column.”

“My friend got injured in the hotel bathroom due to long cut from a cracked tile on the floor. However, the hotel security manager did not do a good job, satisfy my friend (only gives us parking validation). We are not trying to take advantage from the hotel; all my friend wanted is that she can be treated better with caring, at least asked her if she wanted anything. That's why she was in rage. The good thing was at least the hotel representative gave us some points for hotel membership, we can stay a night for free. It cost us 2 hours just to discuss with the hotel manager/representative on this matter. A 4-star hotel should serve customer better than this. If the hotel does not know how to work extra mile on serving the customer, the hotel will soon lose a lot of customers. In every type of service, customer is always number one.”

“The overall stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. I traveled and stayed with my teenage daughter there was a real mixture of age groups staying and we both felt very comfortable and safe there I will return on my next trip in a few months to LA. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“The rooms were very clean and well appointed, however, the service was terrible. The parking situation is the worst. There is no self parking, only a paid lot operated by a third party that is for airport parkers. The lot is not well lit and is a very long walking distance in a bad neighborhood. The valet parking service is really bad and you will pay a high price for it. On the other hand, I would not dare to park at the off site lot that the hotel says is available. It is neither safe or convenient. When I complained about valet service at the hotel, they literally laughed in my face. I can see why this property is available at such low rates.”

“Easy to find. Friendly personnel at the registration desk. The room was much nicer than I had expected. I was treated like a VIP, even though I purchased the room through Priceline and paid about 60% less for the room than had I booked through the hotel website. Exceptionally courteous staff.”

“Sheraton fixed what I don't like about Priceline. We needed two rooms, one for my parents (king bed), and one with 2 Queen beds. Sheraton made it happen, with a wonderful attitude. All six of us (4 adults, 2 kids) had a very positive experience. The toilets in both room were not cleaned well.”

“Because of my late checking in (about midnight), the hotel tried to block out my room. They try to explain "we are fully booked tonight, but you are lucky I found a room for you", so I finally stay there but it was very uncomfortable and it was not fully booked.”

“The hotel was fine for an overnight stay between flights. However, we were disappointed that the steakhouse restaurant shown on the hotel's website (and still listed in their guest services book in your room) was actually closed and replaced by an Italian restaurant instead.”

“This is a great airport hotel. It is convenient and the shuttle runs frequently. Parking prices are confusing. One lot gives you a price with tax and one without (which makes you think you're getting a good deal but then it's not.) The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.”
