“Hotel location was great. Right by airport. Not happy at all about the parking situation. Will probably deter me from staying there ever again. Seriously needed to take a shuttle to get from your car to the hotel! Ridiculous! And charged $40, not happy. Should have a parking garage or something!”

“Not a four star. More like a three. The bathroom was small. Had to maneuver around and shut the door to use the toilet. Bathtub was small and cracked all over and did not drain. Counters and floors were very old and worn looking. Room decor was awful. Colors were red, black, grey, and navy. Very cold feel to the room and hotel in general. Not a warm, relaxing or inviting feel. Also, the windows in our room were so dirty you could barely see out of them.”

“I love the location and look of this hotel. Sadly, we had a leaking commode three of the four days there. Also, our tub wouldn't drain the first day. We kept having to call the front desk for them to send someone up to fix it. They offer to relocate us but it would be on the airport side of the hotel and warned us about the noise. They were nice but I couldn't help but get upset. I was traveling alone with two kids. The hotel breakfast downstairs ($14) was great. Room service not so good. Took along time to get food and my steak was rare when I ordered well done. Nice hotel for business travels, but not sure if I would stay again with the kids.”

“It's one of the better stays I've had. The beds were big and comfy. The rooms had strong AC. I like it when my room is cold. It was clean and pretty decent for the price. And it was close to the airport. Overall, good job.”

“How can you make coffee on a glass top computer desk, to fry your computer? The glass top makes your mouse not work and flash -really the days of charging for internet are so over guys. If you have business travelers, they are fairly bright. Room service was great, bed was great, decor was pretty but coffee and internet are crucial. So glad. Renaissance has way more to offer for the price. Even Hacienda has its own charm. Hyatt place rules on complimentary hi tech comforts.”

“It had a very nice view of the Neon Towers, off the main street, leading to the airport. The decor was sleek and tasteful. I ordered room service and movies and was very pleased with the ease of ordering the movie and the quality of the food. The staff was excellent! Charming and professional.”

“The hotel does qualify as a 4 - star, although I understand the poorer reviews. The hotel has gone to the effort to have upgraded furniture in the halls and rooms. Room service quality was very good. Staff, including cleaning staff, were very friendly. The bathtub was probably not replaced with the 2005 renovation, but it was not awful, just showed normal wear. Some rust stains were evident on the exterior, so the building's exterior did not look new. The room was very quiet, I only heard 2-3 planes in the distance, even though LAX was next door. Air/Heat worked great in the room. Good hotel for business travel.”
