  • Lady associate checked us in, did a great & caring job of checking us in.
  • Bell hop staged us when leaving in active smoking zone to catch bus.

“Sheraton fixed what I don't like about Priceline. We needed two rooms, one for my parents (king bed), and one with 2 Queen beds. Sheraton made it happen, with a wonderful attitude. All six of us (4 adults, 2 kids) had a very positive experience. The toilets in both room were not cleaned well.”

  • Nothing.
  • Tried to block out my room.

“Because of my late checking in (about midnight), the hotel tried to block out my room. They try to explain "we are fully booked tonight, but you are lucky I found a room for you", so I finally stay there but it was very uncomfortable and it was not fully booked.”

  • Very convenient; great shuttle drivers; and a personable front desk.
  • The rooms and parts of the common area were a little tired looking.

“The hotel was fine for an overnight stay between flights. However, we were disappointed that the steakhouse restaurant shown on the hotel's website (and still listed in their guest services book in your room) was actually closed and replaced by an Italian restaurant instead.”

  • Proximity to the airport and frequency of the shuttle.
  • Parking prices.

“This is a great airport hotel. It is convenient and the shuttle runs frequently. Parking prices are confusing. One lot gives you a price with tax and one without (which makes you think you're getting a good deal but then it's not.) The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“This Sheraton was recently remodeled. We stayed on the club level in a great room. The location was great and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again!”

  • Room was clean and had great sheets/pillows.
  • No mini fridge and no concierge, parking was awful and terribly far.

“The room was decent but not have extras in the room like an i-pod ready player, mini fridge, etc is not what I expected. The windows kept the sound level to a minimum for planes flying nearby but you could hear the people arguing in the room next door with ease. Parking was down the street a way, costing $11 a night and you could not re park within the same day! Valet was $24 so not much savings there either. The pool was tiny for a resort as the hotel seemed to be made for business people passing through town who didn't want to travel far from the airport.”

  • A relaxing hotel to walk into at the end of ur work day. Options for dining as well as a starbucks on site!
  • The staff didn't seem as friendly as they are at other places I have stayed in the vicinity.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a nice, relaxing place to stay. I like the decor & lighting, as well as having options for dining and a starbucks on site! If you use the pool when you travel, I did see there was a nice pool area with cabanas, and a jacuzzi. Easy access to rental car companies and directly down the road from LAX. I also understand there is a trolley you can ride that will take you to Santa Monica & Manhattan beach. So, if you didn't want to, you could make it without renting a car if your trip was for pleasure.”

  • Off site self parking, changed to valet.

“The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They took he extra step to recheck me in as I needed to leave on a trip before I could check in. Upon my return everything was already taken care of and in the room. The self parking is not user friendly. After one night and frustration with the parking attendant I converted to the hotel staff and valet parking for a slightly higher cost. It was worth the few extra bucks if you are driving.”

  • I had a great bed and when you're in transit, it's a priority.
  • The bathroom was clean but the bath is a little dingy.

“I was very happy with my short stay at the Sheraton LAX. The room was small in regards to US standards yet it didn't feel tight. The furniture was in good shape. The bed was comfortable which is a priority when you're in transit. The room and bathroom were clean. The food which I ordered from room service was excellent and arrived hot. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel for a transit stay.”

  • Need to pay for daily parking and its expensive for the days you stayed.

“Overall the hotel was nice and clean but the self parking is far and expensive. Valet is more expensive and valet people did not offer to help at all.”
