• It was clean, quiet, and wonderful!
• The parking fee regardless if you park over night without leaving or leave 20 times. It costs the same.

“I love this hotel. Want to go back when I can enjoy the city more. Would stay there again and again.”

• Found room at last minute. Priceline and hotel performed flawlessly.

• Staff service was excellent.
• Gym could be bigger but equipment was good.

“Very nice place and good price for a suite. Free full hot and cold breakfast with omelette's made to order, which I loved each morning. High Speed internet is free too and they have wireless. Valets, front desk and housekeeping all were very good and super friendly. Great large one bedroom suite with two flat panels, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Rooms were very nicely appointed too.”

• Queen sized bed was too small for us, and pull out couch was uncomfortable.

“ We were very impressed by the valet service personnel. At check-in, there was effortless and efficient. Also, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, we were disappointed to see the queen size bed instead of a king or two queens, the single queen was too small for us. Also, the sofa bed was awkwardly intrusive to the room, making for an unsafe space. ”

“This is a very clean and nice hotel in a great location. Parking is valet and reasonable and the service is great. My room was on the inside and very quiet with a nice large layout with a full kitchen. The free breakfast is the best ever with a huge selection. They even had a free fast-food dinner. Highly recommended.”

• Had to pay $25 per day for hotel parking!

“The hotel was nice, but it had no pool, the hot tub was under renovation, so it was closed. It had no onsite parking for guests for free, so you had to pay $25 per day for valet.”

• The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.
• Valet parking only. And valet was $22!

• The locations was good, the free breakfast in the morning exceed expectations, staff was helpful and friendly, and bed was very comfortable.
• The parking fee was outrageous, 22 bucks a day then a $5 tip everytime they went and got it.

“ This is a nice hotel, free internet, flat screen TV, the one bed room is a little cramped if traveling with kids as they have to sleep on the pull out couch, not leaving much room to walk around, request the two bed rooms. The free breakfast was a very nice surprise, they had eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereal, fruit, etc., like a regular breakfast without the price. There is not a swimming pool at this facility. It is a large whirlpool which was relaxing but not something the kids can swim around in. ”

“Liked suite arrangement with sleeper sofa for kids, fridge and micro were handy. Staff friendly and helpful. Not a resort destination, but perfect for a clean comfy place to sleep and shower. Great location.”

“Location is excellent - rooms are very nice. Our room had no view and I was awoken by the sound of my neighbors and housekeeping. Staff was very kind to move my room away from the noisy neighbors with no problems at all.”

• Convenient, clean, accessible and nice staff. We needed comfort and a room to stay at night - met all needs.
• Adding tax on$ 22 a night parking - just seemed over the top.

“Convenient for us to go to Malibu and downtown Los Angeles. I notice it allowed pets when confronted with a huge German Shepherd in the elevator, but he was friendly. Good courtesy breakfast in the morning that was well attended and good staff to run it. Nice area with a large Super Market a block away. Easy access to central Beverly Hills and West Hollywood too.”

• Absolutely amazing for the price I found on Priceline. Very clean and fun.
• Nothing. Everything was great.

“From the minute you were met at the valet, to the front desk, the entire hotel was very welcoming and friendly. We were checked in
just under 5 minutes. The room was perfect. Every staff member was very helpful and kind. We especially liked the free social hour that they put on with free snacks wine, and beer. We met several guests and had a great time.”

• Fantastic location! Loved that breakfast is provided.
• Expensive ($22/day) valet parking is the only option for this hotel.

• The staff was amazingly nice - great team.
• The furniture and room decor was very dated and cheap looking.

“I loved my stay because the staff was so amazingly wonderful. I was given an awesome room and I was very happy. The hotel staff went above and beyond in many ways to make sure my stay was excellent and having worked in the hospitality industry previously I realize how hard it is to provide that kind of service. I felt like the hotels only guest - the service was that good!”
