  • Nice suite.
  • The elevator was dodgy.

“Worth the price, excellent location, roomy and comfortable. But watch that elevator!”

  • The location was safe and easy access to UCLA and Santa Monica.
  • Noisy, Wilshire Blvd right on top of your bed! Window blinds all bent out of shape.

“The front desk staff, Chelsea, were very helpful when the hotel's computer system would not recognize my MasterCard. She and the MasterCard people spent 30 minutes on the phone ironing out that problem before we finally got checked in. I was traveling with my college daughter, therefore we needed two beds. That seems to be an issue for just about every hotel. We were placed on the first floor in a very large (that part was nice!) side room but the noise from Wilshire was pervasive, even at 2 am. Supposedly, this was an upgrade, because it included a kitchenette (which we didn't need. I would have rather been moved upstairs towards the back!) and the kitchen was not clean. The continental breakfast was okay. The parking was beneath the hotel and it was free (a good thing!) but the elevator was not working (not a good thing!) so we had to haul our stuff up and no garment rack to place it on. Needless to say, we didn't need a weight room, we got our work out each time we retrieved our car! I think I would not stay here again unless guaranteed a room in the back.”
