• Location is very good, in the heart of Westwood. If you want to be in the heart of Westwood.
• Bad communication by hotel, no bath in room, seems more like a "money making machine" rather than a place of hospitality.

“Did not inform us that they were refurbishing hotel when booking was made. Events held at the hotel which meant that in one case we could not sit round the pool and on the other over crowded and very busy and noisy. Pool staff not that helpful. This seems to be a hotel that thinks it is better than it really is. In the evening it is more of a night club rather than a hotel. Lifts were terribly slow. Old rooms need refurbishing, new rooms not particularly well fitted, no baths, refurbishment missing details such as soap holders in shower, bathroom very basic. Parking was expensive at $31 per day.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Over priced, rooms not ready on time, staff was not accommodating.

“This hotel is seriously over rated! For the money, I would not stay here and recommend looking elsewhere in Los Angeles. Not only do they over book the hotel so that you are unable to check in on time, but they charge an arm and a leg for misc items that should otherwise be included in your stay. My experience was nothing but inconvenient and I didn't appreciate the all night party atmosphere while trying to get a good night's sleep. ”
