• Coffee and cookies in the lobby. Good access from freeway.
• No microwave in room.

“Pleasant hotel with easy access. Room was small, but adequate. Breakfast no-frills, and well stocked. Staff very friendly. Exercise room no -frills and equipped with treadmill, recumbent bike and elliptical; very clean and air-conditioned.”

• Easy to get to frays.
• Hotel staff.

“Construction was going on early on a Sunday morning. I finely got up and called the operator to ask them to wait for a while. It sounded like they were next door with roto hammer busting cement. The work continued so we checked out. We were going to stay a couple more nights but with that going on no way.”

• Difficult location - hard to get into parking structure, bad area of town.

• It was clean and the facility adequate.
• The continental breakfast was cheesy compared to the Hampton inn!

“The way entrance to the hotel is located right on the street, it is rather inconvenient to pull in or be dropped off-- you have to pull around to a parking garage area on the side of the building. But, otherwise the facility was clean and adequate. The room was a little cramped; but, I was happy with having a refrigerator and microwave (coffee maker had to be put in bathroom to operate). I did not bring my laptop; so, there was no internet access without it. The continental breakfast wasn't the best.”

• Nice rooms, and close to freeway.
• Lobby under construction, and hard to check-in.

“The hotel overall was very nice, and affordable. Close to freeway, makes for easy travel.”

• It was very close to the 405 freeway which was convenient.
• The continental breakfast was mediocre.

“As a whole, it is a good hotel located near the 405 freeway. On the negative side, the continental breakfast was mediocre and they does not inform its customers that there is a $27 (cant remember exact amount but think it was $27) nightly occupancy tax. This upset because I felt as if I paid to much for what I received.”

• Manager "Noah" friendly, attentive to my comfort. Staff friendly.
• Housekeepers forgot a different item each day-laundry bags; soap, etc.

“Was being upgraded from motel of another chain to Holiday Inn Express with hotel services during my stay. Staff friendly and generally helpful. Housekeeping staff missed one or two items each day but room was basically clean and comfortable. Not enough storage space for my extra luggage. The same day laundry service worked well-no items lost or damaged. I ordered dinner delivered from restaurant "Luigi" on the list provided by hotel two times. Food was acceptable, cost OK and delivery timely. I had no computer with me, there was no computer in the lobby for guest use like some hotels have. A pleasant stay, more services and facilities than I expected.”
