Good location
Rude staff and poor service!

“I and three other guests celebrated our 2005 New Years Eve in their restaurant. The dinner arrangements and prices were agreed to in advance - deposit required. The night went so, so, but the service was well below expectations for a 4-5 star hotel! The waitress was inexperienced and I received classier service at a Denny's! When the bill came we noticed a few discrepancies and brought it to their attention. They agreed to fix the bill accordingly. After 3 attempts to correct their obvious mistakes, they refused to correct it again and were very rude about it. We also came to realize that one other couple had similar OVERCHARGES on their bill as well. Obviously they thought we did not know our math. When I received my Am Ex bill it showed that the hotel overcharged me $207.47! Three months later I am still disputing the charges through Am Ex. I will NEVER visit that hotel again!”
