• Great price, great location, great staff!
• there is nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

“The hotel was clean, the room was clean, comfortable. They had comforts such as coffee, tea, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.”

• Staff was friendly; check-in was quick.
• Could hear conversations in adjoining rooms; room was cramped.

“Hotel is located on the edge of city center and a ways from the interstate. My room was on the back side, so there was no street noise. However, the walls are not well insulated and I could hear conversations in the adjoining rooms.”

• I didnt like anything about it
• the staff was completely unfriendly

“They don't take care of their customers. I asked for a smoking room and didn't get one and then the front desk told me if my room smelled like smoke since we were smoking outside we would get charged 100 dollars.”

• It had a shower.
• Bed was uncomfortable, could here the people in next room and was awaken by the other travelers around 6:30 AM.

“I would not stay again.”

• It was on a busy street. No pool.

• Linen was clean.
• Filthy carpet, mold in bathroom corners, duck tape on washer.

“This hotel was old, decrepit, the staff were not helpful.”

• Nothing.
• The clerk gave us the worst room in the hotel.

“The clerk was snotty. She told me they did not have any double rooms. Even though they only had 5 cars in the parking lot. I think she gave us the worst room possible. Then she gave us a tiny room with half the space devoted to bathroom. It was also the handicap room. So the shower was only chest high and you had to hold it by hand, the toilet had bars which severely restricted your movements. All in all it was one of the worst motels we've stayed at.”

• Very clean, quiet. Had refrigerator & micro. Pleasant staff. Convenient location.
• I called the hotel to request 2 beds. They did not have any available. If they did it would be $14.95 more. Never got charged elsewhere.

“I'm a business traveler, sometimes with 2, non related, people in which case I need 2 beds. I need to be able to specify this in the beginning.”

• The attendant was pleasant.
• It was located in the get, no elevator, small rooms, old.

“This was definitely not a 2 star hotel. It was located in a bad neighborhood, where we were concerned about the safety of your vehicles and had to park on the street. There was no elevator and the stairs were narrow and hard to get our luggage up. The room was small, smelly and old looking and feeling. It is maybe a 1/2 star or a 1 star. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I was extremely disappointed.”

• Convenience of Downtown.
• The price for the room.

“The room was ok, but that's about all. Not much to it. Very basic for such an expensive price.”

• Pleasant lobby staff.
• Walls & ceilings too thin-can hear too much upstairs or outside.

• Clean room and linens...very nice/responsive staff...pets allowed.
• The internet connection in my room did not work...frustrating...time consuming...inconvenient.

“The only issue I had was that the internet service did not work in my room. (I was offered internet service on a computer in the lobby.) Everything else was consistent with a 1 or 2 star motel.”
