• Clean and centrally located.

“We (husband/wife and 2 kids) spent 2 nights at this hotel while exploring/hiking around Mammoth Lakes. The hotel is minimalist in terms of facilities which was fine with us because we were outdoors from 9am to 8pm. The room was very clean and spacious. There is no swimming pool but there is a jacuzzi just outside the dining room. Free continental breakfast every morning (bagels and danishs) at the dining room which is small but cozy. This is very convenient for us with 2 kids as we don't have to drive out looking for breakfast places. We'll stay here again the next time we visit Mammoth Lakes.”

• Free Wi-Fi, the vanity table and the little kitchenette area.
• Thin walls, I could hear a lot of neighbor noise, but only in the day time.

• Great location & well suited to non-picky snow recreationeers.
• Needs better maintenance and "breakfast" = bagels & coffee.

“The room was poorly maintained and not pretty, but was spacious and had a small kitchenette. Good for budget snow rats: decently clean, great location, outdoor spa (didn't try it), and outdoor lockers for snow equipment.”

• Clean rooms with nice showers. Great fireside room and outdoor Jacuzzi.
• It's not fancy, but it's clean.

“A good deal for the price, especially the fireside room which is romantic and private. The outdoor Jacuzzi is great. The rooms are unpretentious and basic but clean and do the job just fine. Shower was upgraded and nice. I'd recommend it for under $90.”

• The restaurant across the street was really good.
• No air conditioning, very muggy and hot. Light burned out, blankets very cheap and scratchy.

“The location was easy to find however the room was muggy and hot. The room did not have an air conditioner and the box fax didn't offer much relief. The room was dark and the overhead light was burned out.”
