• Great location, convenient to the slopes.
• Very bad customer service and very noisy.

“Our room was on the 2nd floor and was just about 100 feet from where the shuttle buses pull into the hotel driveway. We listened to buses come and go every 15 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to almost midnight. Even though it was April, it was very warm and we were forced to keep our windows open because the hotel has no air conditioning! So, not only did we have to listened to the buses, but we had to inhale their fumes as well! We were also told that a bellman would help us unload our car and deliver our bags to our room, but after waiting 20 minutes, we gave up on the bellman and did it ourselves. When we complained about our room location as we were checking out, we were told that if we had asked for a quiet room we would have been moved! Am I foolish to assume that a hotel would provide a quiet atmosphere whether I asked for it or not? Overall, this facility is clean and has a great location, but the staff and management really fall short. I will look for other accommodations on my next trip to Mammoth.”
