  • Convenient, courteous and newly re-modeled.
  • Should serve continental breakfast at 0600 instead of 0700.

“Have been there 3 times in as many months and observed the remodeling transition. Outstanding job especially the wireless internet. Many business travelers are up and about at 0600 to depart for meetings, etc. However continental breakfast does not start until 0700. Can it be moved up? This last trip is the first time it was not ready at 0600 however.”

  • The room was quiet, the hotel accommodated me as I a physical impairment currently.
  • The towels were the thin "Motel 6" variety and there were no sugar and creamer packets for the coffee in the room.

“The Hill House was a good place to stay. It was quiet and I appreciated that. The hotel was very accommodating to me with my requests for a non-smoking and first floor room. The coffee service was overlooked as there were no creamer and sugar packets for the in-room coffee. There were no extra pillows, but I suspect that these items could have been given if I had requested them. I would stay here again, if only because of the quiet location the helpfulness of the staff.”

  • Good price, good amenities.
  • They need to re-size the beds. King/Queen was like a Double.

“Great location and amenities for $69 out the door. Rooms were very nice, but the bed was incorrect size. The front desk confirmed the size of the bed, I disagree with their assessment. Anywise, very good "bang for your buck".”

  • Centrally located, spacious rooms, clean rooms and bathrooms, queen beds, great view, friendly staff, reasonable pricing, parking near rooms.
  • No key was needed to open our door, even if it was dead bolted, but we didn't realize it till the next morning. Made us feel unsafe.

“From the moment we arrived, we had a great experience. We got there a little early, and they were still able to get us a room. We had to add an extra room at the last minute, and they were able to accommodate us. It was in a good location and was very clean. The only thing I had a problem with, was that we found out the next morning, that anyone could've walked into our room at any time because the door was broken. Even though you put the key in and it lights up, it opened the same even if dead bolt it from the inside, and turn the knob from the outside. No Key Necessary. It made me feel unsafe and when I brought to the attention of the office, I wasn't offered any kind of compensation.”
