• Great location near airport.
• Air conditioning in lobby areas were not working well.

“The rooms are very good for business travelers. Free wireless internet. The pool looked good for kids. The hotel is a little older but maintained well.”

• Location.
• Air conditioner was not on when I arrived - it was 103 degrees!

“Location is excellent and quite central in Yakima. Staff was friendly and efficient and restaurant food and service was good. Room was large, clean and up to date. Parking is plentiful and convenient. Would definitely stay again.”

“The Red Lion provided one of the best beds I have ever slept on away from home (maybe better). The Pasco hotel was full of courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. In one instance we were allowed to order off of a separate menu rather than the one for the restaurant. I ordered the fish and chips which were fantastic, great food and service at the restaurant. For the Priceline negotiation option we got a fantastic deal, and would highly recommend and ask others to trust the Priceline. Now if I can only find out the brand and style of the mattress that I slept on.”

• Convenient location for travel, clean; bed comfortable.
• There was a fair amount of freeway noise due to location.

“The hotel was clean, very friendly staff; not sure, but it looked as if the pool had been filled in and the fenced in area was concrete with a center drain.”

• Location.
• Air conditioning was not working.

“The air conditioning was not working in the hotel. The hallways were 95+ degrees and the room was 85+ degrees. The only reason the room was cooler because the sliding door could be open. I called hotel staff to fix, they said they would and never came by. I must have called 4 times from 6 pm - 10 pm. Finally at 10 pm they offered me another room.”

• The interior looked like a cheap truck stop hotel.

“I would not go there again. The doors had places where you could see they were patched. Elevators not working. Sliding door to balcony had to be man handled to open. Just not a good experience and I would not rate this a three star hotel. I would rate it a one or two star hotel.”

• Room was far away from the lobby. Outside can use some remodeling

“Great, friendly, and helpful staff with good amenities make this a good hotel for business travelers. Parking is plenty, safe and close to the room. Interior of hotel is okay, but outside can use some refinishing.”

• The beds were comfortable.
• The heater didn't work, staff didn't want to move us, until we got a bit grumpy, Not family friendly. Lots of out of orders.

“The room was attractive and the beds were comfortable. The 1st room we were in, the heater was barely working and it was freezing out! Staff didn't want to move us - we had to demand to be moved or reimbursed for room. TV channels were not working. There are 2 bars in hotel, so not family friendly at all!”

• Quiet, attractive room at a great price.
• The lock, including safety catch were broken as if someone had bashed into the room.

“We were visiting family in Richland and wished to stay there, so the location was bad for us. Then when we arrived, there was no parking available near our room and no elevator to the second floor. We were tired and even more upset to discover that our room had been broken in to and the locks/door jamb were severely damaged.”

• The room service was good.
• The room smelled like garbage and smoke.

“This hotel is giant. Check in first and drive closer to your room if you have a lot of luggage. I was placed in a room right next to the garbage and the back of the kitchen. The room was pretty clean but the light switch plates were dirty. There were no free plug inn's near the desk for my computer. The bed was comfy. There are not a lot of services near this hotel.”
