• Too far from our venue.
• Had trouble w/ directions, staff not familiar w/ area.

“Too far off beaten path of venue close to Columbia Center and TRAC/Quest Life center, staff didn't even know how to get to main event venues in the area.”

• Nothing.
• Desk clerk said he would give us two beds in room and then did not.

“The Days Inn charged an additional $25 to supply two beds. Completely ridiculous.”

• Friendly staff, great breakfast, great price.
• All was good.

“I was pleasantly surprised. It was all I could have wanted for my stay. The breakfast was better than most. Staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you for accepting my price!”

• Friendly staff, nice breakfast. I liked that you provide the Sunday paper to guests.
• Our room had a strong smell as though it used to be a smokers' room - we were not able to sleep well because of that.

“The days inn Kennewick is a good hotel overall. The only complaint we had was the smoking smell in the room even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.”
