• Room was clean, very comfortable bed and linens. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were nice amenities.
• Room was dark, lamps didn't give enough light for reading. Breakfast service ended too early.

“This was a nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker were nice amenities. Need to have better lighting for reading, but we would definitely stay there again.”

• I enjoyed the continental breakfast.
• The TV didn't work properly and they didn't repair it.

“Our stay was okay. The TV was very snowy. We notified hotel staff and they said they'd send someone to repair it but no one ever came. We had a room on the basement floor and it was quite dark. We didn't like it a whole lot. The room was clean, beds were comfortable enough. Wouldn't stay here more than one night though.”

• Close to freeway.
• Awful beds and the service was bad.

“The beds were so uncomfortable we could hardly sleep. There are no elevators. There is no room service. When I asked for another pillow and some coffee, it never came. The night gal helped us out with these and brought them up later, she was great. The room is very small and unattractive. The breakfast in the morning was messy and food all over the tables. The hot waffles were nice, but not at the expense of germs everywhere from food and batter all over the counters.”

• Wonderful accommodating staff, clear rooms, good breakfast.
• Nothing.

“Great friendly staff. Allowed us early check-in and were wonderful to us. Highly recommend this hotel. It is not fancy, but it is clean, conveniently located, and well-priced.”

• Pets allowed, no extra charge or hassles.
• The morning desk girl who played games with her makeup and telephone when guests came in.

• Staff confirmed our late arrival and waited for us to arrive at 3AM!
• Not much of a view.

• I like the upstairs rooms with the high ceiling, internet access and the nice breakfast is a real plus.
