• Location to mall.
• Tiny room, antique television, and was noisy (by ice/vending/exit).

“The bed was comfortable. Overall the hotel is unremarkable. No office for guests, allowed use of a computer behind the desk/hotel management area and it was super super slow.”

• Asked not to have to climb stairs and did anyway.

“The hotel and the staff were quite sufficient for my meager needs. The room service pizza was great! It was quiet, clean and my priceline rate was great.”

• Quiet room on garden, nice walkout to garden.
• Nothing.

“Though we wanted a king bed, we also wanted a quiet room with evening sun. The front desk correctly recommended our room, which was excellent. Room service was quick and the food good. The room had all desired amenities. Sitting on the patio on the bench in the evening sun was wonderful after a long day of driving.”

• Comfortable beds, big room and beautiful grounds!

“We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was wonderful! The grounds had waterfalls and a stream right outside our patio door. It was peaceful and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a fridge and micro in our room. I have been pleased with the quality of the hotels on Priceline.”

• Clean bathroom, clean room.
• Noisy.

“I stayed on the first floor - could hear people walking above me and outside the room Hallway and out at the pool. There was a fight outside my door at 2am including pounding on every door, etc., and then four people talking very loudly out at the pool where my room faced at 2:30am. Despite calling the front desk to complain, and although they told the people to be quiet, they continued on. I know everything about them now. The fan in the room was noisy, and because I couldn't open the door due to noise and security, I had to keep it on. It went on and off all night. Except for water & coffee, no goodies bar, even if I wanted to buy something.”

• Location and convenience, good for business traveler.
• Hotel could use a little updating, but still nice.

“Hotel is a standard Red Lion hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, but didn't do anything special or extra. Location is great. The place was clean, rooms comfortable, and design very pleasant. Though overall, the hotel looks dated and is in need of a little cosmetic updating. Example would be small or CRT TV's in the rooms. The pool is nice and having on site food and bar is a plus. Wireless Internet worked well.”

“The hotel was obviously a little older, but was still very nice and clean. It was nice to have the microwave and refrigerator in the room. The TV was quite small and we would have enjoyed being able to rent a movie, However, that was unavailable.”

• Fitness room available.
• It smelled like smoke and there is no elevator.

“The hotel is nice and is conveniently located, but it smelled like smoke everywhere we walked, not sure if it was from current guests or what. Also, there doesn't seem to be any elevators or automatic doors, so when traveling with children and a lot of luggage, it makes it very difficult to get around. Overall, the hotel is nice, if those nuisances don't bother you.”

• Friendly, helpful and professional staff.

“After a long trip of frustrating airline travel with delays, close connections, lost baggage etc. my husband and infant son stayed at the Red Lion Inn. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the morning to find a very helpful and professional staff member at the desk. When we arrived at our room exhausted and starving we found a plate of holiday cookies with hot chocolate and a candy cane there to greet us. Although it was a small gesture - it was a silver lining in our otherwise frustrating travel experience. We realize this was a special touch for the holidays but it shows how nice the people are at this hotel!”

“The hotel is nice, not new, but has been updated. Clean and quiet. The location is great. They did not offer breakfast, but there was a restaurant on site and several in close proximity.”

• Easy access from street, to and from freeway.
• Poor parking.

“Hotel becoming a little tattered around the edges. Housekeeping staff asked for nearest espresso source, did not speak English, could not be of help.”

• The soaps and shampoos.
• Some light bulbs burnt out.

“The rooms was updated and the beds were comfortable to sleep in, lots of pillows and towels. The soaps and shampoos etc. were from Bath and Body works, excellent! Something's for improvement would be replace burnt out 2 lights. The light switches, doors, headboards needed wiping. One lamp and clock radio were unplugged; plugs were not easily accessible. The drinking glasses in the bathroom had splash marks from the last hotel guests. I would stay there again, though I hope next time these things mentioned above would be taken care of.”

• The bed was not good. One side was totally saggy and very uncomfortable!

• The bathrooms are old tub is not nice to bath in.
