• Easy access from street, to and from freeway.
• Poor parking.

“Hotel becoming a little tattered around the edges. Housekeeping staff asked for nearest espresso source, did not speak English, could not be of help.”

• The soaps and shampoos.
• Some light bulbs burnt out.

“The rooms was updated and the beds were comfortable to sleep in, lots of pillows and towels. The soaps and shampoos etc. were from Bath and Body works, excellent! Something's for improvement would be replace burnt out 2 lights. The light switches, doors, headboards needed wiping. One lamp and clock radio were unplugged; plugs were not easily accessible. The drinking glasses in the bathroom had splash marks from the last hotel guests. I would stay there again, though I hope next time these things mentioned above would be taken care of.”

• Convenient to the locations that we attended.
• The bed was not good. One side was totally saggy and very uncomfortable!

• It feels like home.
• The bathrooms are old tub is not nice to bath in.

“The hotel was nice and is always comfortable to stay in. The only issue that I have is that I like to take baths and the tubs are something to be desired.”

• Beds were extremely comfortable.
• Toilet seat was dirty when we arrived. Wake up call did not happen although requested.

“Staffs were nice enough, rooms were roomy, and we had a nice view of the attractive Courtyard. Bathroom was not particularly clean. Toilet seat was dirty and a hair in the tub.”

• No card entry to back entrance - security concern.

“Great location to restaurants, mall, etc. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Back entrance did not have a card reader to enter building. Concern about security of building.”

• Nice bed.
• Hallway noise.

“Compared to other hotels in this category, this hotel feels like it might be on the lower end. The remodeling makes it feel more upscale. The fridge and microwave are nice bonuses.”

• Mold on heat lamp in bath and slight mold in shower. Remote was broken.

• Location.
• Feels and is old - it is in need of a major remodel.

“This hotel seems typical of Eastern Washington Red Lions - older looking and feeling - Oh, let's talk about TVs from the 80's and terrible reception. I was more than disappointed with that special feature. This is not a 3 star hotel - it is maybe a 2 1/2 star maybe.”

• The red Lion has a very friendly and helpful staff.

“My husband is working at Hanford part time. This hotel has the best location for a "tag-along wife". It is close to shopping and restaurants. It also has a nice pool for relaxing.”

• Big, comfortable room, big bathroom, staff was awesome!
• Busy area, hard to figure out how to get into the hotel parking lot. No continental breakfast unless you want to pay a lot.

“This is a very comfortable hotel. Everything is clean, staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Prices for a simple breakfast (toast, juice, coffee, etc) were extremely high priced and there is no continental breakfast available. Rooms do have refrigerators and microwaves, so there are other ways to eat. Overall, I loved staying here and would do it again.”

• I loved that the management upgraded us to a suite because my wife is pregnant.
• Would like to have seen a DVD player in the rooms.

“This hotel was great, the rooms were great, the amenities were great, even little things like the brands of soaps and everything were great.”

• Beds were ultra comfy!
• You could not get room service in the middle of the day? Had to go out to eat someplace else and really wanted to stay in at the hotel.

“This was perfect for a lil romantic getaway. Rooms are very nice, beds are super comfy. The pool is located in the center of the hotel, so sheltered for outside traffic, nice. Staff very accommodating.”

• Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants; Wi-fi access in the rooms; Rooms are elegantly appointed.
• We prefer hotels that offer free breakfasts.

“This is a nicely refurbished hotel near the region's major mall. In-room wi-fi, exercise facilities, and outdoor pool are amenities we appreciate. There is a good restaurant on-site, but we would rather have a free breakfast.”

• The gardens/ waterfalls were beautiful and created a sense of serenity.
• No division between the parking lot and that of a chain restaurant.

• Convenient location, cleanliness and decent room.
• External hotel doors didn't have locks or require a room key. TV quality was extremely poor. Ice maker didn't work.

“This hotel was just okay. It was easy to find and located near several restaurants. The room itself was also decent. I was a little uncomfortable with our room being located near one of the external hotel doors, that didn't have a lock or require a key to enter. Anyone could have entered at any time. Also, the TV and reception were extremely poor. Luckily we weren't in our room very much during our stay. And the hotel staff were everything but responsive when we told them about the TV or the broken ice machine.”
