• Good location.
• Room was not ready, gave us smoking when we asked for non-smoking, pool was full of noisy kids.

“We couldn't use pool or hot tub because they were so full of noisy kids. Won't stay here again.”

• The hotel itself was nice, it was in a good location.
• The maids did not speak a word of English, the room wreaked of smoke.

“We had to wash all our clothing upon checking out even the items we did not unpack. Then we had to find another hotel to stay in that offered non smoking rooms. We had two 2 year olds with us they both sneezed all night and we all woke up stuffy from the smell. The toilet plugged up, the bath water drained very slowly and there were two 3/4 used toilet paper rolls available for us to use upon check in. We had to request a plunger to pump the toilet ourselves.”

• Internet was broken for most of the time we were there.
