“Rating for this place should be lower for this place. Gave me the creeps to stay there.”

“Paid a bit much for as shabby as it was. Even though it smelled abundantly of cleaner because it was so old and dated it appeared not clean.”

“Again, the only problem was the "pets" as we could have gotten a room that had had pets and it is impossible to clean up all the hair, dander. We weren't told it allowed pets. We had an early morning tour so were taking a nap in the aft. and the dog barked a lot as probably the owner was gone. Didn't appreciate that.”

“The hotel was just right for my older daughter (25) and myself. We were in town for an event with another daughter. The two queen beds were positioned so that we couldn't even see each other. That was appreciated.”

“In an off the traffic noise area with a large grass area adjacent to motel which is very good if have children. The person on duty when I checked in was wearing a
very nice
cleaveage exposure blouse which could make some wonder if she were advertising; nice view, but really not appropriate for the job.”

“This hotel was in a convenient location, the room was simple but clean, the check in/out staff was very friendly and helpful, and the price was economical for what was provided. The continental breakfast was fairly basic but sufficient. I would recommend this hotel for the business traveler on a budget.”

“The day¿s inn in Richland way is a quality motel for business travels and others requiring short stay accommodations in the tri-cities area. The rooms are clean and on the smaller side, but a 2 bed room could accommodate 4 medium sized people in a pinch. Rooms are modernly furnished and include a table and chair, entertainment center (with cable television, microwave and small refrigerator) and five lights. The bathroom is comfortably sized has a toilet, bathtub and shower. The continental breakfast (served before 10am daily) is diverse and more than adequate for both adults and children. Guests have there choice of many different cereals, pastries, doughnuts, bagels, breads, fruits and juices as well as waffles, coffee and milk. This motel is also centrally located near many businesses and restaurants, as well as a very large grocery store. Service from the front desk attendant was excellent. The parking lot is enormous. You get a lot for the little that you pay at the day¿s inn, and I was very satisfied with my stay.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. I felt that in no way could this hotel be considered a two star hotel. The beds were hard as rocks and the water for the shower and sink would go between warm and cold, it never did get hot, even to wash our hands. The lobby area was okay as far as clean and nice, but the rooms smelled bad and were uncomfortable. We hardly slept a wink and woke up sore. This hotel rates in with a motel 6. ”

“Average hotel definitely not a wow factor even for the price I paid. I have stayed at the red lion (two blocks away) previously with many more ammenities and much more upscale. Very disappointed in the two star rating.”

“Should have been rated economy class not 2 stars! Handicap room was not adequate handicap friendly! it was just their smallest room with everything removed and what was left shoved up against the wall, so a wheel chair could go through. It did not have handy cap accessible shower . One had to climb over steep tub and there were not the needed hand rails, just the one by toilet that all rooms have. Worst of all a queen or two double beds were promised and there was only one small double bed. To add insult to injury, while I was in the lobby some walk in came up and got a room for the same price.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and neat. There was no "traffic" at night. I wanted efficiency and safety and received that at a reasonable cost. For my purposes, it was excellent. Close to dining, the central business district, and easy freeway access. Well done on all counts.”

“For the money spent, it was above par. The room was clean and attractive. We liked the microwave and fridge. Everything worked as it should. Also, it was quiet, no yelling kids.”
