• The only thing we liked about this hotel was the friendly evening desk clerk.
• Stained, broken furniture in room.

“My husband and I will never stay at this motel again! I had to choose a one star rating in your survey, but they don't even deserve that - I give them a zero star rating!”

• The location was convenient.
• Our room was not in good repair.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The toilet paper holder was broken and had not been repaired, rolls of paper were on back of toilet. There were cigarette burn marks on edge of tub. Bedside lamp had no bulb and cord was not plugged into wall. Since management had to bring an extension cord to connect it I have to assume it had been in this condition, unusable, for quite some time. Vinyl on bathroom floor was cracked and buckled. Lock on front door had broken off, never fixed, and a deadbolt lock installed instead.”

• A door that opened to the outside.
• The pungent smell of stale cigarette smoke.

• It was close to the college my daughter is attending.
• Staff was very very unfriendly.

“There were people running around the hotel like they were playing tag and my daughter came to my room to pick up her phone she left in my car and the manager called to say that I had to much traffic to my room. Very very rude and uncalled for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Location.
• No hot water, entrance access blocked 50% of time. Sleazy type people hanging around hotel.

“Managers were nice. Not impressed by other people in the area. Felt on guard all the time. No hot water and complaints of leaky facets.”
