• Pool nice, housekeeping carol was polite.
• Manager has very poor customer service.

“First thing when I came in to the room was grouse theirs boogers all over the wall and side of the doors. Then the manager was very rude.”

• Location.
• No security and not so friendly front desk staff.

“1. My room had couple of spider webs in both corners of the room by the window. 2. The front desk staff requires additional training. They certainly do not have the skills to service business travelers. 3. The employee at the front desk that helped me with the check out refused to let me back in the room to pick up the two bottles of water that I had left in the room! I had my wallet in the car and the car was parked and I ran back in to pick up the two bottles of water and she said that I need to see your ID! This was the same employee that checked me out exactly five minutes ago!”

• Very conveniently located shopping restaurants near by-easy free access.
• Nothing.

“Hotel was considerably above my expectation. Room was large & immaculate. Easy freeway access. Near restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was very good. I am a female traveling alone and it was in a very comfortable, safe feeling area.”

• Close to relatives, within minutes to dining & shopping.
• Needed more selections in vending machines to accommodate children¿s snack time & drinks other than junk foods & soda pop.

“Hotel is located right off the highway with easy access and down the street from several restaurants and across the street from a mall. Great place to stay.”
